A lovely, cozy (complete privacy) vacation home in the beautiful Frisian water sports village of Woudsend. The village is located in the heart of the Frisian lake district; you will be staying with the harbor master of Woudsend, Corine. The cottage's flower garden (butterfly garden) offers plenty of privacy and is situated right below the 't Lam corn mill. Come here to relax with your loved one, away from the hustle and bustle; you will find peace and quiet here, and you will be awakened by the titmouses, blackbirds, and sparrows (sometimes on Sundays by the church bells). Apartment Grutto is located on the 2nd floor and can accommodate up to 4 people, with living room/kitchen with sofa bed, separate bedroom and bathroom. Luka's Hut, our beautiful eco-cabin, sits on the banks of the Ganzendiep river in Overijssel. Huge windows provide stunning Dutch views onto the river, the grass meadows with cows & sheep and a picturesque village in the distance. The river is quiet water so have a sauna & a swim, take out the kayak, big canoe or SUPboard. We have a heatpump for the floor heating, and used upcycled items such a charming wood-stove, a fantastic bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, bikes, a firepit & trampoline.

In the old center of Hindeloopen, there is a fisherman's cottage (34m2) that has been converted into a comfortable studio that is equipped with many comforts. The studio has a king-size bed, a kitchenette, a spacious bathroom and plenty of storage space. Parking is available at the cottage itself, provided you have a small car. Otherwise, we would like to refer you to the free and spacious parking lot at the harbor. You can store your bicycles in the garden that belongs to the guest house.

A perfect base for water sports, cycling/hiking and cozy villages.

Enjoy peace, space, and coziness at this authentic farmhouse. Our farmhouse is built in 1904 to West Frisian model, and has served as a garnish shop in addition to farmhouse. When we bought the farm, he was 116 years old, and had the necessary overdue maintenance. Little by little we are renovating the house, so it now has well-functioning heating again! We're putting Airbnb's proceeds back into the home, so we're now saving up for renovating the roof.
