Originally built in 1877 as a miners cottage, the house oozes quality and has been restored to an extremely high standard preserving some original features. This home is extremely close to supermarkets (2 minute walk) and restaurants and pubs (5 minutes) located in Wrexham Town centre. A newly converted, modern space within the grounds of my home. The views over the garden and Wych valley provide the perfect rural retreat, especially with our donkeys close by! There are 2 bedrooms both of which have zip & link beds so can either be a super king size or single bed configurations. Both have their own shower rooms. The shared driveway is secured with electric gates. We are located in stunning countryside on the borders of Cheshire, Shropshire & Wales, just a mile off the A41.
