Beach house vacation rentals in Istria County

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

Clean, private updated apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Tamara was super responsive throughout the rental process. We loved the location and enjoyed walking to old town and the beach. Absolutely perfect for our stay in Rovinj.

Great apartment with everything you need (a plus are washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning). Everything tip-top clean. The only minus was the hard beds. Quiet terrace with a garden view. Path to several beaches by car in 5 minutes, where you can park for free. Many excursion destinations nearby. Thanks for the great stay!

Eler is a very attentive and thoughtful host He always gave us good advice and warmly served us. The location is wonderfully quiet. The best thing is to bring enough provisions,as the nearest major shopping is in Labin about 15 km away. However, a small kiosk is about 400 m away by boat at the campsite opposite. Wonderful bathing coves are reachable with the small motorboot "James Bond :-)" and mostly wonderfully secluded and classy water. For the sporty balance, kayak and sup boards are available. All in all highly recommended.

The location of the accommodation is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, the village is a 5-minute walk away and wonderful walking paths are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something in the apartment didn't work, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax well here. We would happily come back.

The house is beautifully situated in Fazana. We sat on the terrace in front of the house every evening and enjoyed the life of the city. The house is nice and spacious. We felt very comfortable.

It was a wonderful time for our family and friends. We felt there like a family members, got a lot of recommendation about beaches, restaurants, places where we could buy high quality wine and olive oil. I highly recommend the stay at Villa Blu & Villa Sol. Clean swimming pool, amazing view. All you need for a perfect holidays.

We were guests with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area is very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! Those who like it quiet and idyllic will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

First of all, we would like to thank Lana and her family for the great stay! In this beautiful apartment, it was simply unforgettable! The place is modern and tastefully decorated and offers everything you need. The spacious pool was a real highlight (always clean and well-maintained) and the surrounding terrace with comfortable loungers was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The view of the countryside was also wonderful! The house is situated in a quiet and picturesque environment that offers both relaxation and entertainment & many attractions. Various great beaches and coves are minutes away and easy to reach. The hosts made our stay very special. From the warm welcome to the small attentions in between, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. We highly recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!

The place was very nice. Everything was very clean and tidy. A good location and quiet. Mauro welcomed us personally and showed us the place. He was easily accessible and responded quickly. In addition, Mauro was helpful and very friendly. The property was fenced, but with small dogs you have to put something in front of the gate so that they don't run away. We had a lovely stay and can only recommend the accommodation.

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

The stay at Renata was wonderful. Renata was always available and also gave us tips for things to do nearby and in the surrounding area. The location is absolutely great! Within a few minutes' walk, you can be directly on the sandy beach. The property is completely fenced and lockable - perfect with a dog. Thank you so much for everything, Renata - We will definitely be back! 😊

We stayed in this wonderful house for a week in June. Our children (9 and 14) and we were very happy. It is very quiet there and you can relax very well there. The reserved parking space on the beach is worth gold. For me, the pebble beach is unique in its kind, turquoise sea, just very beautiful. We can recommend this great house with its hostess at any time.

We, a couple plus dog, were there for two weeks before the Pentecost holidays. The house, the property and the annex offer pleasant space for six adults and was of course oversized for us;) The garden with private pool is very well maintained and huge, even our dog was initially overwhelmed. All three bedrooms and the living room/kitchen are equipped with air conditioning and mosquito nets. The outdoor kitchen (gas) is so well equipped that we only cooked and ate outside. The pool is great (note: no shallow access) and well lit in the evening. The house is about 400 m from the beach and Fazana center with restaurants, bakery, markets. Instead of bicycles, there are two scooters, with which you can have a lot of fun in the "city." From the terrace, you have a sea view. 👍👍 The house is located on a busy street, which is at the back and is unobtrusive in terms of volume. After five times so far, Istria is the "best house ever" for us.

Staying wih Branimir as a host is thr BEST - honestly he is so caring it was wonderful. The accomodation was superbe and we lived pur time in Rovinj. Will come back !

It is a very nice little cottage with a very large garden that is fenced with a high fence, so perfect for dog owners. We would definitely come back

this apartment was very clean, well equipped with use of bikes and locks. the papa and Grandma who live on the property are absolutely delightful and helpful. We loved staying there and would recommend if you have a car as there is free parking.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ilija and Ljublica and felt at home right from the start. We really appreciated the many little things from the garden! The house and location is perfect to reach the beach, restaurants, small grocery store in the village and the bakery on foot. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

Excellent family apartment 👌 We had everything we need for a family with 3 kids. Tv and internet was great 👍 the apartment was warm and peaceful, we feel like at home.

Our stay (2 adults, 2 children) at Oriela's was wonderful. The apartment is really close to the water, has everything you need and we were completely satisfied. Upon our arrival, a large fruit bowl was even waiting for us. Oriela surprised us with delicious cake in between and made us happy. With the wonderful weather, you could always eat on the terrace and have a good time. Great is the parking right by the house. Oriela provided a beautiful environment with lots of little lights and so we were outside for a long time. Anyone who spends time there should take a close look around the house. There are countless small details on/in the walls and wherever you look, you notice something beautiful. Thank you for the great vacation 🌞
