It has its own garden, is lovingly and high-quality furnished, at ground level and equipped with underfloor heating. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly from here on the Dinkel route. A detached, light-flooded house with a large garden awaits you, right on the edge of the forest, on a hillside, with a very large south-facing terrace overlooking the fields, in a quiet location. Our house has been built on 2 levels. The living room, dining room (conservatory), and the large terrace are on the lower level and with a height difference of 3 steps is the kitchen, the two small bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and the entrance.
