It is an apartment where nothing is missing. Bright, spacious, clean and well equipped. You have a separate entrance and after the key handover you come and go as you want. In the unlikely event that you want to use the kitchen: everything is abundantly available.

Marta is an amazing host. She is kind, responsive and caring. This is a wonderful place with great accommodations. Unique place to stay from the first time I got out of the car. Lots of trees, greenery, house entrance with open swing doors, lots of paintings, smelling flowers and cozy furnished rooms with everything needed. Wau

Super great place to stay that is even better than it looks in the pictures. The apartment has a great location, very quiet and away from the hustle and bustle, but you can still get to Xanten or Sonnsbeck quickly. This quiet location is ideal for a few relaxing days and especially if you want to have a quiet New Year's Eve with your dog. Peter and Hella are also super nice hosts! This place can only be recommended!

The apartment is perfect for two adults and two children and we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back if we are in the area again.

Johannes is a great host, everything well prepared. The apartment is well laid out and everything you need is on site. Even a terrace overlooking the garden. The residential area is very quiet, to eat you make your way somewhere else. He even provided a bicycle on request, very good.

We rode our bicycles on the Rhine cycle route to Anneclaer and Michael's place just outside the old town. We stored the bikes securely in the yard. The apartment was spotless, well appointed, a short walk to the supermarket and very comfortable. We had a lovely stay.

I am often in Duisburg for work and am very happy to have finally found a great place to stay that I can look forward to next time! Adrian is a great, accommodating host. The place is very clean and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedroom even has fitness and mobility utensils. I highly recommend a visit here!!

We spent a nice women's weekend in the beautiful apartment of Conny and Gio. The apartment leaves nothing to be desired: valuable, modern, bright, tasteful, spacious, quiet and central. The icing on the cake for us: the terrace with a wonderful view of the garden! Conny and Gio are warm hosts, flexible, helpful and communicative. We immediately felt at home! Thank you very much!

Heike and Mike are great hosts. We were received in a very friendly manner and they were there to help us. The accommodation exceeded our expectations.

The place is quite compact, but it has everything you need. Is well suited for a short trip and for relaxation.

Great place to stay. We felt comfortable right away. There is a lot of attention to detail here and as soon as you enter the apartment, you enter the relaxation mode. Christoph's service was really wonderful. He was attentive to us at all times and for anything we needed. The apartment is beautiful, everything is very carefully designed and very well thought out for anyone. The house is really cozy, the lighting is very relaxed with those views of the terrace. Our stay was wonderful, our first time in Germany and we are Brazilians, we felt at home. Everything perfect as in the listing description, clean linens, very well-equipped house with nothing to complain about. Very beautiful location with easy transportation at all times, if we have an opportunity we will definitely return

We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The hot tub is a real hit, everything is lovingly decorated and clean. We will definitely be back.

Kelly and Diana are absolutely wonderful hosts, and B&B De Muldermolen is a treasure. The property is located across the street from a charming and lovely pond surrounded by trees and filled with wildlife. The sounds of frogs and the chirps of birds were always around and were a welcome change from the sounds of the city. The B&B sits near other villages with amazing food and incredible charm. And the Kelly and Diana are knowledge, welcoming, and friendly. We are already looking forward to when we can return! A slice of paradise not far from the hustle and bustle of the everyday world.

It is very quiet and the amenities were very good. The hot tub in particular was a great offer. Since there were three of us there, it was also very good that there is an additional toilet in the apartment. Smart TV and fast, working Internet have also been provided. In the kitchen, everything that is part of the standard equipment was also there. Klaus and Marianne were very nice and welcomed us very hospitably. I highly recommend staying with the two.
