I live 1 block to Tiger mountain hiking&biking trails. 8 Miles to Bellevue. Costco Headqtrs 4 Miles

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit... easy I-90 access... 15 minutes to seattle, 10 minutes to bellevue, 15 minutes to Redmond and 25 minutes to the Pass .. situated on 3 acres with creek running thru, can walk out and be at lake in 5 minutes, enjoy a little bit of country close to everything. This beautiful little tree house has been our pandemic project. In October 2020, we bought the home next door and began our adventure. Our Squak Mt. chalet offers a truly unique sense of privacy and tranquility in the lush green canopy of Squak Mountain. Guests enter the home by a cascading waterfall. There are two 28 foot cedar decks (hammock) and a spacious open great room featuring a gas fireplace and kitchen. Walking distance to downtown Issaquah and hiking trails. Perfect for long stays.

Recently refurbished house, peacekeeping in cozy and urban-rural districts, walking to Lake Sammamish State Park for hiking trails, near I-90 to Seattle. Close to Issaquah Highland. Costco and Fred Meyer are two-minute drives. There are two full baths, a kitchen, and a dining area with a mountain view, beautiful sunrises and sunsets, plus an outdoor space with a barbeque grill. Beautiful top floor condo with vaulted ceiling. Great view of the Issaquah valley. Cute and comfortable with roomy 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed) and 2 bathrooms plus a separate den. Kitchen has all new appliances and is fully stocked. Condo is 5 minutes from I-90, 15 miles from downtown Seattle and 10 miles from Bellevue. Grocery stores, coffee shops and a variety of restaurants are minutes away. There is plenty of free parking in the complex.
