IUN R0471 Beautiful two-story house with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom in a very quiet residential area in Chia. An eat-in kitchen with access to a veranda and a terrace with breathtaking views, equipped with a stone barbecue and a shower, with "Su Giudeu" in the background, one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, just a 20-minute walk away. Each bedroom can accommodate two people, and the sofa bed in the living room can accommodate one person, for a total of 5 guests. The entire house is air-conditioned.
