Our stay exceeded our expectations. Fantastic cottage, very homely, with stunning surroundings. Malcolm & Penny are the perfect hosts and made us feel so very welcome. Our little welcome pack was well received, thank you. Nelly and Ned (their dogs) were very friendly and made friends with our dog Ruby straight away! 🐶🐕 Ruby loved to sit outside and watch the chickens from a distance as she has never seen one before 🐓 I highly recommend a stay here as it's idyllic and close to some amazing beaches and just far enough away from the towns. All in all, a perfect weekend away, thank you.

Fantastic house for a family holiday. Spacious, clean and the most amazing views. Host was friendly and quick to respond. We received a message to advise we were able to check in early which was a great start to our holiday. Do not hesitate to book this amazing property.

from when booking months before to meeting her on the the first day, it was a great experience. We have 1 year old and a dog (golden retriever) so a very busy place where ever we go together ha! the place was big enough and was only 20-40 mins away to beaches, depending which ones you want to go. we didn't mind the drives as the secluded location to wake up in was the beauty of the place. a definite recommend to try for a family or a couple who like walks and quite surroundings. thanks again Sarah 😁

Lovely property well stocked with everthing you could need. Beatiful walk to the beach across the road through a wooded valley. Lovely garden to sit out in.

We've just got home from a great week away. Cottage was beautiful and had all the essentials. The location for us was perfect to travel to different places. 😄

wow.. what a Gem/jewel of a cottage. we where already staying in Anglesey for the past two weeks and decided extend our stay for the may bank holiday. we came across Fiona's cottage. booked it and immediately she responded with instructions and great communication. located easy. few reviews mentioned long bumpy drive or track to it. nope, it's a unadopted road maintained by Carl Fionas husband and probably other owners. it's a great little track giving fabulous views of rhosneigr, the golf course and valley. sheep grazing along road. stunning. At the front door with private parking right at the accommodation we were met by Carl. great information and showed us around and Fiona came by later. The owners live next door. friendly and helpful but not intrusive at all. inside the cottage there is very comfy furniture and very homely. spotlessly clean. great kitchen with everything one needs. if its not in kitchen you honestly don't need it. lovely bath/shower. . comfy spacious bedroom.

Such a beautiful place it is located in. The house was perfect for our needs with our friends and dog. Very well presented, lovely garden too and the host went above and beyond to accommodate for an amazing birthday weekend away! Couldn't have asked for more! Will definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay here. A lovely little lodge with everything needed to stay in and cook or bring food back. A helpful folder of recommendations was provided, and Tracey communicated with us very well. Everything was clean and tidy, and it was lovely to be able to use the hot tub while looking out onto the lake. Great location, only 5-minute drive into the town where there is shops, bars and takeaways. Nice and close to Snowdon and Zip World, which is why we were visiting. Nice personal touches, a pint of milk in the fridge when we arrived, some chocolate and even some Welsh cakes which we tried for the first time. Definitely would stay again if we were in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Carla’s place! The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. It had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Carla was an excellent host, quick to respond to any questions. Check-in was smooth. The location was great. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Caernarfon. Thank you, Carla!

We had a great couple of nights at Jo's place. After being let down last minute by a previous booking we were incredibly relieved to find this booking and Jo was very helpful and quick to respond to our booking request. We received really clear instructions of how to find the lodge, check in was easy and the place was lovely and clean, with everything we needed provided for us. The location is lovely sat amongst the trees with the sound of the river in the background, very tranquil and relaxing. The site is also great, with a nice restaurant and bar. The outdoor pool looked great too for summer days. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for just one night while attending a local event, but the experience exceeded all our expectations. The place had everything we needed—spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The highlight was the stunning river view from the balcony—absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. I only wish we’d booked a longer stay. We’ll definitely be back!

It was a nice place to spend the weekend, while my son was doing the Snowdon Ultra Marathon - the van is comfortable, clean and well equipped, The site itself is clean and well kept and the site facilities are ok. I the single bed rooms are ‘cozy’ and I would say suit one adult or two children - two adults is a squeeze :) Overall the place is a lovely location with great views from the top of the hill and Llanberis only a 10min drive or 20min cycle away (the hill is big though)

My partner & I loved our stay here! Perfect for a long weekend by the sea discovering the area. First thing we did was pop across to the fish & chip shop! With the local cafe, pub, shops and seafront all within a 5-min walking distance the location was AMAZING! The cute apartment had everything we needed including a sea view & access to the gorgeous shared garden. All of the information provided in the flat on the area was fascinating, I would recommend reading about the Hindlea and then going to see the remnants of the wreck only a 10-min walk away. Massive thanks to Laura & Clair for hosting us, would 100% recommend!

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage (two adults, two children aged 6 and 8), it was completely spotless and kept in excellent condition, even the garden was pristine. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything needed and the open plan space was great. The cottage is in a great location for visiting the area, within easy reach of Anglesey, Bangor, Snowdon and many other places. Jason was such a great host, I had quite a few questions and he always responded very quickly. I even made a big error with our booking and he managed to quickly sort it out for us and rescued our trip! We would love to stay here again.

Helen is the kindest, friendliest host we've met and the wee flat over her awesome shop (where she sells on behalf of local artists) add to the experience of being in a genuine Anglesey village. So close to the coastal path and every conceivable convenience you need! Left with a heavy heart ❤️..would go back tomorrow.

Just had a lovely stay at the Crows nest. Perfect location with the most amazing view from the window seat. Watching the sunset at this flat was stunning and probably the best sunset views I’ve ever seen. Great restaurant/bar 10 min walk away called the oyster catcher, a must visit. Very dog friendly village with beautiful beaches. Will definitely be returning again soon

Clare's communication from original booking to arrival was faultless. Very clear instructions to enter the access controlled gate, the entrance to the apartments and the door to the apartment. As soon as we walked in we could see that we had made a wise choice. The apartment was spotlessly tidy and extremely clean. The kitchen area had all the essentials you would expect and again everything was very clean. I am a particularly fussy person, but felt extremely comfortable there. We were always comfortable returning at the end of our day knowing the apartment was very welcoming. We have stayed in too many places on Anglesey where that has not been the case. Hopefully we will be returning next year and I would have no hesitation recommending the Bay View Apartments and Clare as a wonderful host.

Outstanding little cottage, photos do not do it justice! The perfect space for a couple and their dogs with a cosy living room, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom and pleasant bathroom. Good little outdoor space, excellent location with great parking. Highly recommend!

I am happy to share that me and my girlfriend had a wonderful time in Cae Fibli cottage. The location is so peaceful and private with easy access to amneties and beaches. The interior and exterior is so clean, tidy and refreshing with a private driveway. Jane was so helpful and welcoming, provided information about the location before the date of check in. Felt like we are in our own house.

Lovely cottage in a peaceful out-of-the-way location. The front bedroom and lounge had a stunning view over the water. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were very clean and tidy. The cottage is well equipped and the host left coffee, tea and fudge on arrival. Nicki, the host, was very organised and responsive. She sent us detailed directions to the cottage in advance of our arrival and responded very quickly to our messages. The cottage is located on Anglesey on the Menai Straights. It is perfect as a base to explore Anglesey and Snowdonia. It is worth doing some shopping before arrival as shops aren't close by. Overall, a lovely cottage run by a fantastic host.
