This small apartment is located on the ground floor of a large house, on a quiet street between Place Carnot and Parc Thuyas, a 20-minute walk to the hyper center. It consists of a small living room with equipped kitchen, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a bedroom that opens onto a private and shaded courtyard. (I accept short stays but for the sake of ecological responsibility, I no longer provide linens except on request. €12 supplement)

Its environment is quiet, as Le MaJestiK is located at the back of the courtyard, on the 1st floor, (you will only have one neighbor in the building!). Bedding side, you will enjoy an Emma hybrid 2 mattress. (soft comfort). Located 900 m from Limoges Benedictine Station. (12-minute walk).

This elegant duplex is perfect for couples or single people. It is completely independent of our house located next door. It has an independent garden area with table, parasol and electric barbecue.
