Hyper center, in a Hausmannian building, close to everything (shops, cinema, museums, train station (10'), A20 highway (5'), bus (1')...), fully equipped one-room apartment, comfortable on the 2nd floor of an old service staircase (steep), bedroom/living room, kitchen, shower room and dressing room, modern decor. A very nice apartment in the historic center.

A very nice apartment, 60 square meters, located in the heart of the old town, in the historic district of the city, 150 meters from the cathedral. Within walking distance of all shops as well as the Jardins de l'Évêché and the banks of the Vienne. The magnificent train station, which some say is the most beautiful in the world, is a 3-minute drive, 10-minute walk away. The airport is a 20-minute drive away. The neighborhood is pedestrian with free parking nearby.
