Vacation rentals with a patio in Isle-aux-Coudres

Great location in the lower town for those who have 1 vehicle. Parking space is a real plus. In 1 modern building, the apartment does not overlook Avenue Charrest and therefore is relatively quiet and allows you to open the bay window that overlooks the balcony without fear of traffic noise (very dense on this axis). Very bright, well-equipped with cleaning products available, nice furniture, comfortable bedding (although, from my point of view, the sheets are a little small for the size of the bed…), beautiful bathroom with large walk-in shower. 1 nice room at the entrance to leave suitcases, coats, shoes… extremely practical. Lots of shops (including 1 excellent bakery a few steps away and 1 grocery store), restaurants, bars nearby. Despite the presence of many homeless people and/or drug addicts, we never felt unsafe. Hosts are responsive and respond quickly to questions. Simple check-in and check-out.

Francois's place was great! It was the perfect home away from home in Quebec for our family of eight. The place was neat, tidy, spacious, and complete with just about everything we needed. It was also walkable from nearby restaurants, parks, and attractions. Francois was super responsive and helpful althroughout our vacation. Will definitely consider booking the place again!

Lovely and cozy abode in Beauport with a grocery store, two pharmacies nearby and some local cafes. Loved the charming and relaxing decor style!

Philippe’s place was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was our first time in this area so took us a bit of time to realize how well it is situated! Walking distance to both Saint Roch (Rue Saint Joseph) area and Rue Saint Jean shops and restaurants plus just a short drive to the Videotron Centre. We travelled by car so having a parking spot on site was super convenient. Philippe was a welcoming, friendly host who responded to our questions in a timely way. Thanks!!

Its a great place inside. Though area felt a bit shady with some homeless people in the area. But its close to the old quebec city. Parking is a downside. But 3 minutes walk isnt terrible if it wasnt raining during out stay.

Great place at great location. Very roomy and lots of amenities to cater to all your needs. Very quiet surrounding and easy access to Quebec City. Loved it. Recommended!

One of our favorite Airbnb spots. Very clean, well laidout, well equipped. Nice safe neighborhood, great for walking. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about it is excellent

We had a great time. There are many activities nearby: visit Île-aux-Coudres (30 min.), hike to Mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) and shopping in the town of Baie-Saint-Paul (10 min.). The beds were very comfortable. The common area is very bright and the small balcony is well oriented to enjoy the sun. A small point to improve is that we would have liked the grass surrounding the outdoor fireplace to be cut as it was long and did not make us want to go there. The description of the chalet accurately reflects what is there. We recommend this cottage!

If you're looking for a peaceful tranquil location this is it, great amenities, super clean and comfortable we would definitely go back.

We stayed for one night but would have loved to stay longer! The views were spectacular from all three floors. The house was clean, comfortable, and luxurious. There was plenty of room for the eight of us, with many separate, open areas so that we never felt crowded or cramped. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need, and there was plenty of room to cook a big meal and share it together in the dining area. The coffee was excellent, but unfortunately there was only enough coffee provided for one small pot. Tip: if you can’t find the entry code or the wifi password in the app in English-language instructions, look in the French instructions. That’s what we had to do to find them. Coffee and in-app instructions aside, we completely enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return again in the future.

The chalet was beyond my expectations. Everything is perfect, I'll go back without any problems. I've done a few cottages in the area and this is by far my favorite. The host is very accessible at all times Only positive things Thanks!!!

This was our first stay on the island and staying at Veronique’s home was an absolute dream! Her home is simply stunning, the home itself is beautiful and so is the view! Veronique’s home was a perfect place to stay to explore the island and Quebec City and I would recommend it to anyone that is going to stay on the island. We will definitely be coming back!

What a rare gem!!!! My wife and I are extra demanding about cleanliness and this AirBnB is one of the few that met our expectations, everything was sparkling clean, we immediately felt super comfortable!!! Beautiful view, even more beautiful than in the pictures, from all the windows of the house. Very spacious, super well-equipped (kitchen, games, foosball, spa, etc.). Comfortable beds, everything was perfect. Daniel was super quick to respond; we made a booking the same day and he was available. Really 5 stars on everything. Thank you again Daniel!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment, it had everything we needed and a huge bonus to have a washer/dryer and also a parking space. Very clean and well appointed. We had a great 5 days in Quebec City - walking tour, lovely dinners and really enjoyed all of the beer and bars locally in St Roch. A great place to stay!

My third time there. We visit the Basilica which a short ride away and the city which is very easy to get to. All is near. Them place is spacious and ample. Deck is open great view.

A beautiful 1-bedroom apartment. The kitchen is fully-equipped. Many, many amenities, including comfortable beds, a washer/dryer, clean towels, and, in the kitchen, plenty of dishes, pots and pans, an air-fryer...

We had a wonderful stay at Marc’s condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for exploring Quebec City. Marc was an incredibly responsive and thoughtful host, providing clear instructions and helpful reminders throughout our stay. The apartment had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the small details that made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again — highly recommended!

Very nice apartment arranged and tastefully decorated. Everything was perfect. Located a 15-minute drive from Old Quebec and right next to Montmorency Falls, we had a pleasant stay. i highly recommend this listing.

This place is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils, so we felt comfortable like we were at home for three weeks. It was nice that there was a golf course nearby, and there were walking trails around the ski resort, so we spent time healing naturally while we were there. The accommodation facilities were clean and nice.

Melissa was an excellent host! She communicated well and provided alot of info regarding things to do and see in the area. Her space was clean and nicely decorated. We also enjoyed the rooftop lounge space (near the pool) and relaxed up there a few nights. Definitely would come back. We ubered to the Old Downtown, walked to the pier, walked to the grocery store nearby. Thank you for hosting us!
