The first floor has a kitchen, cleaning, living room,fireplace, a porch with a wooden roof and a 36m backyard with a laundry room. Upstairs has three spacious rooms with large double beds with air conditioning and a bathroom. Very bright. It has wifi and pets are allowed. The development is very quiet and easy to park,with access to beaches.
