Upon entry to this beautiful home we immediately felt like we were on vacation! The views, home decor, spa tub, ice machine, fishing poles and cleaning station are just a few of the extras that make life easier and more enjoyable! The A/C was cold, the views amazing and a great location for exercise and visiting the community pool! We absolutely loved this home and believe it will be hard to beat all the extras that make it special! Sherry was an amazing communicator, kind and went above and beyond for me and my family.

Such a lovely home in a great location. Comfy beds and well equipped home from kitchen to deck space. Spotlessly clean with thoughtful touches such as welcome treats, beach bag and towels - even a sunshade umbrella. Great stay, great place, great host!

What a great place!! Our plans changed last minute so we were very happy to find this listing. The home was just like the photos. Super easy to find and we were very excited that it had a dock out back to keep our jet skis close. We could not have asked for a better spot!! Thanks again Ana Mary! Would love to stay again!! We loved our stay here! The house was very nice with plenty of sleeping spaces. There is plenty of parking for trucks, a trailer, and nice dockage for the boat. The pool was in a great spot to give privacy and shade (part of the day) so the water didn’t get hot like other places we have stayed.

The modern living area features a stylish glass-top coffee table made from natural wood pieces, surrounded by four bar stools at a sleek kitchen island. Soft lighting from the blue LED lights adds a subtle glow, while a fan and entertainment center contribute to the functional space.

Alfonso, place was great to stay! beautiful view, my son was able to give a manatee water from the dock. we saw tarpon, snappers, needle fish and much more from the deck. Friendly neighbors! very peaceful surroundings. Alfonso, was very responsive and polite . Worth the price, my family loved it!

Spring Break Getaway: Villa w/ Marriott Amenities

Home was beautiful and definitely worth the cost. The extra amenities were also fabulous. Unfortunately the check in did not go smoothly at all. No check in instructions were sent, the 2 addresses provided at the initial booking did not get us to the property. Once the call center did respond, it said "you were emailed instructions" (the check in instructions were actually never received until check out- even once we said we never got them) We found our way to the resort and the staff assisted us getting to the residence address, they were super helpful and gracious. The on site property manager Josie was a absolute godsend, without her we wouldn’t have gotten in either day. The second day the code was not working and we did not get timely assistance . Josie again came to the rescue, even on her day off. While the first 24 hours were definitely bumpy, we had no further issues and had a great stay. If it wasn't for the check in issues it would've been a perfect review.

What a beautiful place! We still can't get over it. It must be brand new and so well kept. The furniture was so nice and high end, I hope other guests treat it like the gem that it is! More room than needed for two adult couples. Easy walk to neighborhood pool with ocean views. The access to the resort is about an 11 minute walk cutting through a busy street. But was easy to drive over and park at the resort, so not too bad. Can't wait to stay again- it really is a bang for the buck if you compare a hotel ROOM per night VS the villa!
