my wife and i stayed at Jake's for 2 nights. we had a really nice time :) the hotel grounds were very nice, room was clean, and the staff was exceptional! Darren was a great host - friendly, responsible, and very professional. thanks for hosting us!

From the moment I inquired, communication with Ryan & Casey was prompt, detailed, and super helpful—5-star service. Once booked, they provided great info on getting to the house and helped arrange transport. Carmen, the housekeeper, greeted us warmly, kept the house spotless, and even did our laundry twice. Alex, the caretaker, ensured we always had drinking water, which was a big plus. The home is in the gated Chanceletas estate with access to a pool, bar, and games—perfect for our teens. The walk to The Boom was short and easy. We recommend stopping at La Colonia in Chinandega for groceries and booking Carla to cook—her meals were delicious and very affordable. A beautiful home, great location, and kind, helpful people. Highly recommend! Thank you again for a great stay.

we had a wonderful time at the house ! we had everything that we needed, Karina and Brenda were so helpful and friendly. the only thing I have to say is that he needs to update about the washer and dryer doesn't work! But everything else was great!

Very satisfied with this place, excellent price and location. Private and safe. They responded very fast to any questions or concerns. So I totally recommend it.

Gorgeous Lofted 1 Bedroom Home-Hot Water/Parking

We are a Canadian couple who stayed in Drew's house for 2 weeks this February to surf the nearby breaks. From the very beginning, Drew was extremely helpful in answering all of our questions about the area. Drew is very responsive and always there to help. We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at Drew's house. It was cool during the hot days and even though you are right in Asseradores it is a secluded and private property. There is an amazing bakery only a few minutes away too for fresh sourdough and cinnamon buns. Highly recommend.
