Our idyllic cottage from 1730 is located in the middle of the old village center of Wilkenburg (Hemmingen), surrounded by a nature reserve. A breathtaking swimming lake (100 m) and many paths into nature are just a stone's throw away. The city center of Hanover, the Maschsee and the Hanover trade fair can be reached in a 5-10 minute drive. Hanover main station: 8.5 km, airport: 30 km Trade fair: 5.5 km A small country bakery and a private horse farm are just around the corner.

This basement apartment in our two-family house offers space for families planning a weekend trip to Hanover or the surrounding area. It has two guest rooms, including a spacious room (27 square meters) with sleeping and living area, TV with Fire Stick and Alexa for music and radio.

Es gibt ein großes Doppelbett, einen Tisch fürs Frühstück oder den Schreibkram, und ihr könnt eure Sachen in einem Kleiderschrank unterbringen. Die Küche ist bestückt mit einem Kühlschrank, einem Wasserkocher, einer Kaffeemaschine und einer Doppelkochplatte.

The Steinhuder Meer is 15 kilometers away. The nearest shopping facilities such as Lidl, Aldi, Famila, Netto, DM, gas station and a bakery are about 2 km away as well as a large Chinese restaurant. Free parking is available on the property for our guests.
