There are many areas where nature remains, but few areas where the old townscape remains intact. I want to preserve this townscape. To that end, I want many people to experience a nostalgic way of life and culture. As such a place, we renovated a row house left by our ancestors and opened it as the Daiji, a soy sauce shop that had closed. You are always welcome! Nishimura-Tei Hanare ― 100-year-old traditional house with kitchen & dining

Nishimura Residence is an old-fashioned Nara-machiya that has been standing on a piece of Nara-machi for more than 100 years. I was a “grandmother” for a long time when I was a child. In Nara Town, there is a pleasant despicable feeling that never changes. "I want to be filled with this pleasant contempt even for future generations." With that in mind, I took care of the empty Nishimura Residence. - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. "Kaze no Niwa"/retreat/Japanese traditional house

This is a traditional Japanese house built in the countryside of Iga, the home of the ninja. Although you can come by public transportation, it is more convenient to come by car as it is quite a rural area. The hot spring is 5 minutes by car. It takes 20 minutes by car to the castle town of Iga Ueno. 25 minutes to Mokumoku Farm. 30 minutes to Igayaki no Sato. 45 minutes to Suzuka Circuit. 50 minutes to Akame Shijuhachi Falls National Park. 1 hour to Ise Jingu. 1 hour to Horyuji Temple.

HAT National Park, experience traditional house

The surroundings are full of nature, and if you are lucky, you can see animals such as wild deer, boars and squirrels. In addition to burning charcoal in the fireplace and enjoying the burning fire, you can enjoy the following as fireplace dishes. (We prepare 1 box of charcoal. The river is just a few minutes walk from the house which is the best place for chilling out, swimming with your family or family and enjoying water. 20 mins' drive from JR "Misedani" station and 60 mins' drive to the Osugidani Valley (one of the three greatest valleys in Japan).

Our guesthouse is located in the old town called Nara-machi. There used to be many traditional wooden townhouses known as Machiya. We restored Machiya while keeping the original structure in order to provide you with a traditional Japanese experience with local atmosphere.This house is for only private use and has only one floor with Japanese style room, shower room, washroom, sink and small garden.

Our house is traditional Japanese style house. 150 years old and in a very quiet location. We are renting house. Not shared with other guests. There are 2 bedrooms(Tatami-room) and 1 living room, gameroom, bathroom, shower toilet, all of the room are only for you. *Children is free of charge if your children don't need a bed and break fast. There are air conditioners in bedroom and livingroom.
