Apartment vacation rentals in Isabela Island

I had a lovely month long stay here and worked remotely too - Emilie and Junior are incredibly helpful and kind! The unit is a large studio, has a induction cook top, spacious washroom, ac, etc. There is a in unit reverse osmosis water filter so no need to lug drinking water home! You're close to everything in town and a great snorkel spot 20 mins walk. Be a little careful with the old dog at night as he can't always recognize you but your hosts are upstairs to help. It's also over the host's bike and surf shop so you can pop downstairs to rent any equipment you want; trade off is you do get some noise like the air pressure cleaning of the bikes. Your hosts have a travel agency too and you can book tours directly through them and the ferry! The internet is starlink and good for the galapagos, I got usually around 20-30 Mbps down but it was 10-100 depending. There is a stutter to the connection sometimes and the router is not in the unit, but it was it was good for a month of work!

Lovely stay. Very nice and clean apartments. Nancy even allowed us to store our bags on the day of check out as our ferry was not until 3pm that afternoon!

Place is very well recommended, service is top notch - everyday place is cleaned up providing clean towels and making sure guests are having a great stay. I really enjoyed the bananas they put everyday for guests to enjoy, excellent stay!

I had an excellent stay at Nancy's apartment. It is in the middle of town but is an easy 7 minute walk to the beach and 15 minutes to the main pier (Embarcadero de pasajeros) and Concha de Perla. There is a craft beer bar close by but it did not disturb me during my 6 nights. Good A/C, hot shower, comfortable bed, good kitchen and fairly spacious. The apartment comes with a supply of bottled water and bananas are left out every day for guests. Nancy is a great host. There was an issue with the water pump which she immediately addressed and kept me informed. The onsite staff are very friendly and there to help. They offer to clean every other day or so. My stay on Isabela was relaxing and memorable. This is a good budget option.

A great base to explore the island as it’s not too far from the centre, has a fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals, complimentary water dispenser and every other day fresh towels. Nancy and her team were also nice and responsive 🙂

We loved our stay at the Drake Inn - great service, right across the street from an amazing beach with iguanas. Great self-service bar and rooftop lounge with stunning views of the sea.

We had an outstanding stay! Our host was very helpful and flexible. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay on Isla Isabela.

The unit was modern, clean and tidy and furnishing were very comfortable. Close to restaurants that had great food. A short walk from main part of town. Easy to check in and very responsive when sending messages or asking questions.

Our stay at Chez Manany on Isabela Island was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, Manany and her family made us feel incredibly welcome. Their warmth and hospitality created a home-away-from-home experience that we will cherish forever. They went above and beyond to ensure that our visit was comfortable and tailored to our needs. The eco-lodge itself is a masterpiece, seamlessly blending with the surrounding nature. One of the highlights of our stay was exploring the beautiful fruit garden, where we felt a deep connection to the land. Waking up to the sounds of birds and the gentle breeze through the mangroves was an experience like no other. My son, a passionate YouTuber who creates micro-documentaries about conservation and wildlife, found endless inspiration here. Everything was fine. Nancy provided drinking water, a blender, and a microwave. She also served bananas. One glitch was that our first WiFi connection didn’t work well in our room, so we had to ask for a different network and code, which she provided.
