Spacious courtyard with parking. In the courtyard you can sunbathe, there are two sunbeds, and in the courtyard you can bake and cook in the covered summer pavilion designed for this purpose. The courtyard and the terrace are decorated with flowers. Two rooms have decor lighting. On the third floor there is a common TV room,which is flooded with fireplace warmth. There are two churches in the village, a 15th-century Reformed wooden church with 4 youth towers,and a Roman and Greek Catholic Makovec style modern church.

We are located in the resort village of Polyana Svalyava district. Villa Polyana is a capital fenced two-story house in which: kitchen, fireplace hall, 4 bedrooms with balconies, 2 bathrooms, terrace. In the yard there is a place for parking a car, a barbecue. 50 m from the Polyana sanatorium and the pump room "Polyana Kwasovaya". View from the house to the mountains and the stream. Near the road to the forest. Shops, abank, a New Post office in a 3-minute walk. We are always glad to welcome guests of our house !🏔

Our Carpathian house is an authentic log house, which is more than 100 years old, slightly redesigned according to the design project in the heart of the Ukrainian Carpathians. We managed to preserve its spirit and add the usual amenities. You won't see any electric poles here. You won't hear any discordant sounds. Clean spring water, Carpathian lawn with medicinal herbs, forest full of mushrooms and berries in season. Just you and nature...))

House is located close to the center - 7 min by walk, to the termal bath- 12 min. The apartments-comfotable and cozy. In summertime it saves coolness, on winter it keeps a warmth well. We are glad to welcome new guests:) Наш будинок розташований близько до центру-7 хв, до терм. басейну-12 хв. пішки. Апартаменти – комфортабельні, затишні. Влітку добре зберігається прохолода, взимку є підлогове опалення. У другій частині будинку живе сім'я з донькою 12 років. Будемо раді новим гостям!
