For safety reasons, we do not accept reservations from guests who live within a 60 mile radius from our home. We do not accept reservations with children. The house is very conveniently located near the intersection of I-75 and I-696 freeways. It only takes 10-15 min to get to downtown Detroit. The major Metro Detroit shopping areas are easily accessible: Oakland Mall: 10-15min Somerset Collection: 10-15min Twelve Oaks Mall: 25min Great Lakes Crossing Outlets: 30min The Alice House is also in close proximity to downtown Royal Oak and Ferndale with their restaurants, clubs and quaint shops.

Private Lake House Suite

Very nice private suite in lake house on col de sac at private lake in our home. If you like peace and quiet in nature setting this is it. Property is on a hillside, so guests are required to use steps and slanted walkways. We live above the suite and would like to share this beautiful place with you. Parking: please park on the street right in front of our house. Don't turn around in the neighbor's driveway across the street.
