Our studio apartment is located on 4+ acres in a quiet country setting. We do not live in a typical neighborhood, but there are other homes in the area. We often see rabbits, deer, squirrels, turkeys, and foxes on our property. The studio is located above a garage, with a private entrance. The studio has a queen bed and a queen murphy bed. The studio features oak floors, granite counters, a walk-in closet, a full bath and a kitchenette with a full fridge, microwave, hot plate, and toaster oven.

It's not uncommon to see fox, deer, turkeys and other wildlife out in the fields year round with whippoorwills and fireflies in the warmer months. I wanna start off by saying Heather was a great host. The house looked brand new inside, and is very spacious. For the most part the house was very clean. Only issue was dirty wash cloths and could have used more towels for our stay. The bathrooms needed hand towels. If you are a light sleeper, try taking the back bedroom the front bedroom you hear a lot of street noise. Also note if you’re going to book this property, it does have a large amount of steps up to the bedrooms.

A spacious bedroom is highlighted by a large bed dressed in crisp white linens. Natural light filters through plantation-style shutters on the windows. A small side table is positioned beside the bed, while double doors open to a small balcony or outdoor area.

Traveling with my parents in their 90’s to a family wedding. Mary Ann’s place was just perfect. All on one floor, just a couple of steps to enter, easy parking. The house is lovely, tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture, just what we needed in the kitchen and baths. Lovely outdoor seating area as well. Restaurant recommendations were perfect and such a nice touch to have a big bowl of snacks and a handwritten note to welcome us. Home away from home! Thank you Mary Ann and Jeff!
