A highlight of our trip to Ireland. Cozy - loved the heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Everything was simply charming - the surrounding plants and donkeys, Guinea Fowl TV, Robert's impressive carpentry skills and the fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook good dinners - there isn't much in the way of nearby restaurants. Robert was a kind host with good suggestions for walks and sightseeing. Thank you, Robert, for sharing your beautiful 'hen house's with us :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautifully renovated barn just outside Galway! The space was charming, well-equipped, and full of character—exactly what you’d hope for in a countryside retreat. Lucy was an incredible host and even greeted us with freshly baked bread, which was such a thoughtful and delicious touch. One rainy evening, we curled up by the cozy fire which was a great way to end the day. It was the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern comfort. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet less than 20 minutes from the heart of Galway. We spent a day exploring the city, and another hiking in the Burren and the Aran Islands, both easily accessible from the property. This place truly felt like a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat

We had such a lovely stay, it was so relaxing and peaceful, exactly what was needed. It is possibly the quietest place I have stayed and the lack of light pollution meant we were treated to an incredible starry night, perfect for my telescope. Sanchia was a perfect host, left us alone but was there if anything was needed. The only downside of our stay was having to leave. We already planning and looking forward to our next visit.

I truly cannot recommend Anne’s cabin enough - if you are seeking stillness, quiet, a place to truly unwind, I can’t think of anywhere that could be more nourishing for the soul. Waking up to the breathtaking views of the ocean, eating dinner as the sun sets behind the hills, and short drives away from some of the most gorgeous walks we’ve ever done. Anne is such a welcoming, generous person; she took us swimming, showed us plants to forage, and is so interesting to chat to. Her cats are so affectionate and friendly and kept us company most evenings. A place to disconnect from the world and reconnect with yourself. We cannot wait to return.

We loved our two-night stay at Paul and Joan's beautifully converted stable. It was cozy, spotless, and full of rustic charm, with thoughtful touches like fresh eggs, butter, and milk waiting for us on arrival, as well as a fire in the woodstove upon arrival both nights! The countryside setting was peaceful and relaxing—we especially enjoyed morning coffee outdoors and befriending their two sweet horses, Carlos and Who. Paul and Joan were wonderful hosts: warm, helpful, and respectful of our privacy. Tulla is a quiet, welcoming village, and this stay was a perfect break during our travels, which also included a visit to Achill Island and stunning Keem Beach, Galway and Connemara. Highly recommend for anyone looking to unwind in a unique rural retreat!

Great glamping pod with all amenities as described and lovely, thoughtful selection of yummy foods. Very private and peaceful. Comfortable bed.

This little cottage a little off the village of Eyeries is absolutely recommended for individuals or couples who want to spend their vacation a little off and undisturbed...Ulrike was super nice and accessible all the time and helped me regularly with recommendations...She also often took me by car and helped me by shopping for me...the area is really heavenly, you can discover a 4 km long coast on foot, which invites you to swim or just chill...I was almost every day on the water and was mostly almost the only one and only a few sheep kept me company...and also the weather was better than expected, there was sun on 10 of 14 days and only a few raindrops...

I’m a guest with a lot of questions…always. Jennifer, thankfully, put up with me & answered my questions very quickly. The house is just about as cute as can be. Jennifer is great! Recommend for a couple who want some peace & quiet!

We really enjoyed our third time at the cabin, will definitely be back. Imelda is a great host has everything covered, so peaceful there and lovely to see all the sheep running around.

Absolutely lovely lodge , as photos show with stunning surroundings, perfect for a peaceful and relaxing reset from the hustle and bustle. closest village about 15 mins drive away with a few nice places to eat. will 100% be back to stay again whenever we need to have a relaxing reset.😊

If you are considering booking this AirBnB, this is your sign !! I truly cannot write enough wonderful words about our stay at The Snug. Frances was incredibly kind, responsive, and hospitable. She made us feel right at home, and The Snug was exactly as pictured/described. The views were incredible and the vibes were even cozier! During our stay, we were able to cook two meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We also enjoyed listening to the kitchen radio each morning and evening. Frances gives great recommendations including restaurants, attractions, and lovely walks in the area. We had a wonderful time exploring! The highlight of our trip was getting to spend time with Frances’s sweet dog, Bear! We loved when Bear came to visit, and he made our trip extra special. Once again, if you are considering booking this AirBnB, do so now! You will not regret it. Thank you Frances for a stay we will always cherish!

Cosy Crann is a peaceful haven away from any hustle and bustle! We enjoyed a lovely one night stay in May. The cabin is comfy and surrounded by nature. The hot tub and sauna are a great bonus! Would definitely stay again.

Amazing place. Very quiet and cosy but extremely well equipped and kitted for eating in and cooking. David and Martina communicated very proactively and made us feel right at home and even introduced us to their felines. Will definitely return.

Lovely location, with a comfortable and cosy pod to spend time in.

Sophies place was 10/10. The location was perfect and so peaceful. We had our dogs with us and they enjoyed all the walks around the surrounding area. The eggs, milk, bread and apple juice were a great touch. Would 100% recommend to anyone and hope to return again in the future ☺️

We found the cottage very comfortable and peaceful but within easy reach of places of interest, historic or cultural, if we wished. Margaret and Richard were always available to answer queries or just chat about the locality. We had a lovely holiday and couldn't have asked for more.

Catherine was lovely, friendly and was helpful when describing what to do in the local area. Really enjoyed our stay, great cosy space and breakfast was a nice addition

We just had the most relaxing 2 nights in the woodland chalet with Anya and Carl. We were welcomed by two gorgeous Jack Russells! They’re great characters who will take any opportunity to jump into your lap for a cuddle!! The breakfast baskets in the morning are such a lovely treat, with delicious orange juice, pastries and amazing jams! The hot-tub was gorgeous and Carl was down each morning to check and make sure everything was working ok! It was well needed after climbing the lovely Carrick Mountain just next door. Such a great stay, would highly recommend! Thank you ❤️

We, my partner and I, stayed 5 nights in the cabin. We were very warmly welcomed by Renate and her 2 dogs. We immediately felt welcome and at home. The cabin is wonderfully cozy and exceeded our expectations. The location is beautiful and quiet. You can go anywhere by car for the most beautiful walks. Definitely a place to come back to again.

The tiny house was our wonderful accommodation for a weekend. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a delicious dinner, which we could enjoy on the terrace while watching the beautiful sunset. The area surrounded by trees, the sound of birdsong, and the view of the lake helped us relax and recharge after the tiring weekdays.

This was our first time in Ireland and we wanted to experience the countryside. Martina from the beginning made us feel so welcomed and gave us lots of recommendations based off our interests. We got to meet Jojo (horse) and Martina allowed us to give him a snack everyday. John was so pleasant and gave us a tour of the farm, sharing his knowledge on agriculture. We absolutely enjoyed our morning breakfast boxes, it was such a nice way to start the day. The lodge was very clean, exactly as described, and very comfortable. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on being away from home. The atmosphere was very peaceful and we enjoyed watching the sunsets every evening. The location was perfect to where you still have access to restaurant and stores close by. We were able to visit Galway, Cliffs of Moher, and Connemara throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying at this lodge, you will feel refreshed!
