Vacation rentals with a pool in Iredell County

This was a great find! Our family loved our weekend getaway and will definitely be back!

Thank Derek, this is what the family needed. An intimate family getaway. We enjoyed playing the games, darts especially as well as some board games. We wanted to spend some family time together not surrounded by a lot of people. The neighbors that we saw were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet. We spent time at the neighborhood pool, and did some hiking. We would love to visit again!

Can’t say enough positive about this home. Beautiful home, absolutely beautiful location and perfect for our family. The homeowners were wonderful to communicate with. The home offered everything you would ever want, pool, lake, outdoor kitchen with everything imaginable, beautiful outdoor sitting area with firepit. Made for a wonderful vacation.

Just book it! This place was beautiful and absolutely perfect for our Bachelorette weekend! It was spacious and had everything you could think of! There were PLENTY of towels and linens which I really appreciated. The kitchen, living room, and bedroom had thoughtful designs and details. If I ever come back to Mooresville, I will definitely stay here!

Our family gets together every year for a family vacation. We chose this lake house for its location as well as the fact that it had so many things to keep us busy, regardless on how the weather turned out. We loved the kayaks and the fact that multiple were provided. The access to the lake was amazing so we could fish any time. The home is beautifully decorated, so much attention to detail. The home provides board games for your family, floats for the pool, speaker for music poolside, among many other things. We loved roasting marshmallows at the fire pit overlooking the lake. The kids never complained about lack of things to do. We especially loved playing darts. It was such an amazing home that it got all of the kids off of electronics. We had an issue with the water and John was super responsive and fixed it right away. He was so responsive. The home is only minutes away from a large shopping center as well as a boat rental company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Great place and it was everthing I expected to be

Absolutely beautiful place overlooking the lake! Had all of the appliances needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels including pool towels, and even a welcome basket. The shower in the master was a wonderful waterfall shower with lots of pressure. The place felt luxurious. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was good!! The apartment was alot tighter than what it seemed in the pictures. The kitchen space is tiny!! It was good for me and my wife, but it would have been a difficult stay for us and our teenagers.

This condo was probably the most organized and comprehensive Airbnb expereinces I have had. The condo is very well stocked with everything you need. It opens right up to the pool and you have a nice view of the Marina. Great for a small family. Very easy location - right off the highway. Kim was incredibly responsive. Checking out was easy - there's a checklist to review right on the counter.

Beautiful place right on Lake Norman. Enjoyed sitting on the small outdoor patio, and walking to the nearby Wine Cottage and North Harbor restaurant. It’s about 1.5 miles to Main Street in Davidson so makes for a nice long walk.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

The place was great, super clean, comfortable couch and beds. easy to get to all your Lake Norman attractions. 5 star rating all the way!

Great location both onsite restaurants were excellent and only a few yards away. Place was immaculately clean, quiet and peaceful. Offsite restaurants, bars, clubs and shopping were close by and easily accessible. We will definitely book with Southern Charm the next time we come back to this area.
