كان السيد محمد ودود للغايه ومتعاون جداً ووفر لنا كل احتياجاتنا التي طلبناها منه وكان سريع الاستجابه دائماً اما بالنسبه للمسكن فكان رائع ونظيف جداً وذو رائحه جميله ومريحه وشعرت بأنني في منزلي واثاث راقي وحديث ومطبخ مجهز لطهي الطعام وسوف اعود اليه في زياراتي القادمه الى بغداد لأنه من المنازل القليله التي توفر هذه المميزات في مكان واحد شكراً للسيد محمد ولكل طاقم العمل المسؤل عن البنايه واخيراً كانت شقه رائعه وتستحق التجربه

I highly recommend the place for its location, responsive host and great standard as apt. Haider was immediately responsive for any questions or requests. Area is super calm, very safe and residential making it ideal for either family, business or solo travel. The building is super quiet too. Grocery next door almost sells what u need and adjacent blocks have plenty of restaurants and cafes offering home delivery within 15-30min. Unit standard is very high and wifi worked perfectly. However there were no working desk/chair if one plans to work. Also if you plan to rely on catching local transportation like mini-buses , buses or taxis you need to walk 5min to the Main Street to waive a taxi. Upside though is u get to anywhere in Baghdad by car from the unit within 20min as location is superb. Taxi apps solve the problem too. Overall I’d say choosing this unit is a “no brainer” considering its location, price, host and standard. I’m definitely coming back to this one!!!

The place was in great condition, very clean with everything you need. Located not far from the main street there is plenty to do. The host is very friendly and helpful, I would recommend anyone to stay here if they are visiting Najaf.

If you re visting baghdad and need a clean and calm place to stay, you found the right place here. I was staying there for 4 nights and had everything I needed. The room is really comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. Also I could use the kitchen and make myself some coffee in the morning which was just perfect. When I asked to wash my clothes they agreed, which is also a big plus. Whenever I had any questions or demands they answered very fast and helped me with everything. Also there are buses nearby the place which take you to the city center. Thank you so much for letting me stay here. If I’m ever back to Baghdad I will come again

Great place to stay and Mohammed was very friendly and responsive. There is a beautiful park outside and a coffee shop around the corner
