Walk next door to the Historic 1640 Hart House for dinner or spend the day visiting the Crane Estate & Crane Beach! Unit 1 is on the first floor where you will enjoy minimal stairs (only to get in) & the convenience of 2 bedrooms, living room & fully equipped kitchen with sunny breakfast nook.

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

The fence is older but secure enough for your pets. Guests please know this is an older house inside. The finishes are older and cheaper. We are 1 min from I-95 & within 15 minutes of restaurants, golf course, & wedding venues. Guests that are very sensitive to smell should not book this place
