Newly converted stone wall farmhouse apartment situated in the quiet, green village of Vourkoti, 20 minutes drive from the town of Chora and beaches. The shared patio opposite the apartment overlooks the well-known beach of Achla while nearby footpaths lead to Andros routes trails to neighbouring villages and a beautiful waterfall. Nearby there is a river with shady trees, a stone bridge, springwater and traditional farmhouses with carefully tended fruit and vegetable gardens, trees and flowers.

Βρισκομαστε στο κεντρο της παλιας πολης της Ανδρου μολις λιγα μετρα απο την αγορα της Χωρας.Το σπιτι ειναι μεζονετα 40τμ στον κατω χωρο υπαρχει το καθιστικο με καναπε που γινετε κρεβατι και ενα διπλο κρεβατι.Στον επανω χωρο βρισκεται ενα μονο κρεβατι , μπανιο με ντουζιερα και το μπαλκονι με θεα τον πεζοδρομο της παλιας πολης ,κουζινα η οποια παρεχει την καταπληκτικη θεα στην παραλια Παραπορτι μολις λιγα βηματα .

Apartment of 60 sqm. 5 people in front of the sea on the beach of Neimporio, overlooking the Chora of Andros & the endless blue. It is located within a historic stone building of 1837. It consists of the master bedroom, a second enclosed room that has the use of a living room and is converted into a bedroom with 2 sofa beds & the kitchen area above which the bathroom, there is an open elevated bed, with 2 single mattresses. Not suitable for children under 7 years old.

this is a charming ground floor flat in the historic part of Hora. The kitchen entrance opens to a large patio with benches and tables, a private enclosed yard where you can sit and have your meals. Ideal also for young children as a play area. The house is large, 90sq m and airy with one large living space with 1 bed and two sofas suitable for children, a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with showers, the one en suite with the bedroom.

It is reached after a 5' minutes walk from the municipal road / parking area, through a traditional stone pathway.

It is located next to the beach of Neiporio of Chora, within walking distance (10 minutes walk) from the city center. In the same building is Roula's suites 1 which can accommodate up to 5 people.
