Excellent stay, beachfront apartment, close to bars, restaurants, supermarket and pharmacies. The apartment is very nice and cozy . The only thing I would ask of the consortium since it is something that the owner is not responsible, is to improve the cleanliness and facilities of the gym. The pool on the terrace and the views a luxury. I found it expensive 70r fee for using churrasquera Nicolle a genius, very kind , collaborating and resolving, 100% recommended

The apartment is perfect, functional and much more beautiful and spacious in person! Renata is an excellent host, always very helpful and caring to us! He spoiled us, made sure our children were well and enjoyed their stay! For our baby, there was a crib and a high chair! For our older guests, we have karaoke and TV with various movie apps. The kitchen is complete! We cook every day and every meal and we don't miss anything! In fact, we were graced with a collaborator appointed by Renata who was an angel to us, took care of everything in the house and even cooked wonderfully well. The condominium is complete, with very well-kept and extremely clean areas! Beautiful and delicious pool with a view of the condominium's beach, which is a dream and a spectacle in itself, calm, warm, a natural pool that beats many well-known beaches! We left the condominium for just one day and regretted it! We're already planning to return to this amazing place

The apartment very well equipped, has enough utensils and in good condition for this and, mainly, it leaves basic things such as toilet paper, detergent, new bushing, a little spice, garbage bag, clean dish cloth. I find this a great point to be considered because it avoids the fever having to buy things that are basic and that are obviously going to be left over. It also leaves things that are not basic and so they enrich a lot, such as a hairdryer, beach chairs and even a bag of sandy toys for children. Impeccable towels, great bedding. Everything clean and organized in the apartment. The only point to be analyzed is that the apartment is on the first floor and facing the street, so it is a little noisy because of the cars and mainly motorcycles that pass by making noise, but it is bearable. The stay is well worth the stay, this is the second time I stay in the building that has a great structure and with an exit to the beach, which makes it much easier

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 people, close to the main points of Pajuçara and Ponta Verde. Well-equipped kitchen with appliances and utensils for a comfortable stay. Suggestion: the TV only had one channel, you can pay attention to that. Otherwise, an impeccable stay. I'd come back more often.

Clean, well-equipped and well-ventilated apartment! On the back street, there is a large supermarket and the building is close to pharmacies, craft fairs and great restaurants. Excellent hosts, attentive and agile. We just couldn't enjoy the pool, as it's partially covered by the building's concrete structure, so the water was cold. It was worth it!

10-star accommodation, wonderful location, I regretted not having booked more days, my family and I loved it, highly recommended for families who want to rest and relax

Casa Manai is very comfortable ,well decorated and fully equipped. We spent wonderful days always feeling the refreshing breeze that circulates throughout all environments.Deciding to the sea or enjoying the balance of the net in the garden or refreshing itself in the pool or in the jacuzzi…what was not lacking were pleasant things to enjoy the holidays in the best way. Matheus and his mother were extremely helpful. Finally, the house is not only walls and floor,it is port,it is dream ,it is a heart.

That was great! The condominium is exciting and the beach in front is spectacular, from sunrise to sunset. I'll definitely go back. The apartment is delicious, comfortable and very tasteful. Naluum is welcoming. Welcomes you in the best possible way. There was an unforeseen event with the noise from one of the air conditioners and as soon as we communicated, they gave us all the necessary attention. And according to the technicians who went there, it will be resolved quickly.

Very well-equipped house, I have traveled the world with Airbnb and this was the most complete house I have ever used, with everything we needed, Marceneiro beach is not very good because it has many stones but we went by car to a nearby beach and enjoyed it.

The house is beautiful and exactly like in the pictures! The condominium is wonderful, with pool and direct access to the beach, which is beautiful. Fredy was super responsive and attentive during our stay, I recommend the stay!

Our stay at the Oka house was excellent. Both Larissa and the girls supporting the house were wonderful. The House is perfect, as well as in the description. As for the location, it was as I expected... I didn't want to leave the house for anything. The sea bath, special. For those who have children, when the tide is low, to walk and bathe in the pools that form in front of the house. Near the house there is a village that has a restaurant and shops that are an excellent option for night. Finally, it fulfilled exactly what I was looking for: rest and renewal of energies. I highly recommend.
