My stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful! The place is clean, well-maintained, and offers all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The environment is pleasant and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The host was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

The location of the house is great. It is situated on the hill overlooking the vast sea. Easily accessible. The house is fully equipped with anything you need. It’s super clean and beautiful. The view from the terrace is breathtaking. During the daytime you can see many nearby island and during the night you can watch million of stars. Perfect place for relaxation. The host is very warm, welcoming and helpful. We totally enjoyed ourselves and definitely would love to come again.

A charming house at the top of the village, very pleasant, a warm interior and two beautiful terraces. In June, we took advantage of the residence to ourselves, it was great. Communication was seamless and everything went very well.

We had a great stay at Mr. Epaminon's home! The house was just like in the photos and it looked like it was made with a lot of love! The space was spotless and had all the essentials. The view IS unique from the house! The location is great and very close to the beaches. Mr. Epominas is one of the kindest home owners we have met, with all the good willingness to make our stay as beautiful, comfortable and relaxed as possible, and we thank him very much for that! When we visit the beautiful island of Kea again, we will definitely choose the same accommodation! Thank you!

Incredible views, beautiful house and a big, deep pool. So peaceful. While there are lovely things to do on the island, we spent most of our time in/by the pool, looking out over the bay! The photos don’t do it justice. Fantastic and friendly communication from Nikos including lots of recommended places to visit. Great beach with gorgeous bar/restaurant within walking distance and good water sports in the next bay along. A non-touristy island where you feel you are seeing the true Greece.

We had an incredible time staying at this enchanting house! From the moment we arrived, everything about this place felt simply wonderful - welcoming, heartwarming, beautiful and perfectly designed for our family. The house came fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making our stay comfortable and stress-free for the entire family. The location was spectacular and provided us with an exceptional experience that we'll treasure forever. In addition, Katie's warm welcoming and Nick's responsiveness elevated our arrival. Thank you! We stayed at Mrs. Paraskevi's house for the three-day Holy Spirit holiday, a group of 7 people. The house was in a very good location near the village and close to a supermarket/bakery. Although many people never crammed. The yard of the house is ideal to make you not want to leave! Our hosts were very friendly and completely informative and helpful. I'd be happy to come back in the future

Breathtaking location & a truly gorgeous (& well-equipped home). We wandered the home & gardens feeling so privileged for the chance to stay & swim in such a place of natural beauty. Elli was responsive, helpful & flexible. It’s hard to believe you can have all this such an easy hop from Athens!

Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

We stayed with our family and used three bedrooms. Bed linen and pillows are lovely, the mattresses are a little worse, but this is individual. We especially appreciated the set of plates, we love the beautifully set tables). Nice furniture, absolutely wonderful terrace, there are necessary items. We were a little confused by the thin walls - you could hear the water being flushed in the neighboring rooms... and yes, the absolutely beautiful sea, a clean, sandy beach, suitable for both adults and children. Many thanks to the hosts.

I would consider it a good value. The communication before, during and after, was superb. The property was clean and quiet. The walk to and from port involved a slight uphill/downhill but only for a block or so, easy if you are mobile. I would certainly recommend, particularly if you are in port for a sailing excursion. Katerina's home is everything she says it is and more!!!! Very big, comfortable and safe!!!! Beautiful view during the day but really nice at night!!! My family had a great time here and we're very happy with how close it is to the sea and travern!! Great food and friendly service with a family owned gorcery store right by the tavern!!! Close to Lavreo and Athens!! Also close to the designer discount shopping!! Once again we highly recommend this home

Amazing apartment in a lovely and traditional looking complex. The view from the balcony at the back of the apartment is amazing and we spent most of our time out here during our stay. Very relaxing place to stay. Great host, very helpful and apartment has everything you need for your stay. The swimming pool is also great on hot days.

This place was very spacious for our family of 6 that stayed in April. The private beach access was great and area was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

This is our 4th time returning to Kea Island... Anna's villa is the best and most beautiful of the villas we have rented on the island. This villa offers an amazing spotlight and a view of the sunset. A very well-maintained flower garden with very nice corners to have an aperitif and especially to nap every day in the shade. In terms of amenities, everything was perfect! We didn't want for anything. The garden furniture is of very good quality that offer real comfort to lounge by the pool which is very well maintained. The pool is top notch! The villa is located on the heights of Kea (above Loulida) By scooter: 5 minutes from Loulida, 15 minutes from the port, 30 minutes from Koundouros etc... Anna is a "super host." A very nice person. She greeted us at the port and was kind enough to accompany us to the villa. We highly recommend the villa. WONDERFUL STAY!!! Thank you Anna

Our stay was wonderful. The house is of great quality and has everything one would want for a short or longer stay. The location is extremely convenient. The beach is walkable - although the way back is up a very steep hill. The local tavernas had great food. Otzias is close to the main port and only 10-15 minutes away from supermarkets, a pharmacy and more restaurants. The beaches on the South side of the island are a bit further (30-40 mins conservative driving) but they make a great day outing. All in all this was a great place to stay. The hosts were responsive and very helpful. 5 stars.

We had the most amazing stay at the villa, it was beautiful, private, clean, and just the perfect place for a getaway. The villa was equipped with everything we needed and more… including BIDETS! Aegli went above and beyond to help us with whatever we needed. Thank you so much, Aegli. Would give this place 10/5 stars if we could. We will definitely be back!!
