Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ios

Callaway Cave was a great facility. It is great for families or groups. It is private and in a quiet location but still close enough for a short walk to Fira (walk is uphill). The house allows for each group have private quarters but areas that you can all hang out together. Each cave house is unique and has a small kitchen and nice bathrooms. The pool area is also very nice. The host is extremely helpful and really helps to getting you around. He went out of his way to help our large group see Santorini. I would highly recommend this residence if staying at Santorini.

Séjour magique chez Georgios, dans une belle maison avec une vue imprenable sur la grande bleue. Nous espérons revenir ! Georgios est un hôte délicieux, qui nous a accueilli très gentiment, avec un frigo rempli de bouteilles d’eau et de rafraîchissements. Nous avions toujours de l’aide si besoin, des réponses à nos questions. La communication était facile car Georgios habitait une maison au dessus, sans que la proximité soit un problème. Iro, sa fille, a été très accueillante avec ma fille du même âge. J’ai eu très chaud un soir, car les chambres n’ont pas la climatisation mais seulement un ventilateur. Cependant, cela nous a plu car cette solution est plus écologique. Et on peut se rafraîchir sur la terrasse, sous les étoiles, c’est dépaysant ! Efkalisto poli Georgios et Iro

El lugar estaba muy acogedor, limpio y con todo lo necesario, la ubicación muy segura y con restaurantes cerca, la habitación es igual que en las imágenes mostradas, Thewnh estuvo al pendiente de la llegada y de la hora de salida ofreciendo servicio de transporte.

You truly could not find a better host that Marios's family. They were so kind and went out of their way to look after me and help in every way. Their hospitality is unparralleled in my experience . The apt was great and had everything I needed. I was so relaxed , I never wanted to leave.

Vom Zeitpunkt des Empfangs bis zum Zeitpunkt der Abreise war die Unterkunft samt dem Personal einfach nur Traumhaft. Einfach nur empfehlenswert!! Wir sind viel am reisen und müssen zugeben dass das was uns hier geboten wurde bis jetzt nur einmalig war. Geiles Team geile Unterkunft.

We stayed at this amazing place for a month and it was a perfect stay for many reasons. Pantelis is such a wonderful host, so kind, thoughtful, welcoming, informative, and engaging. The area is remote and not touristy or busy at all. If you are looking for a local feel and experience this is a great spot. There are super nice hikes to see areas of the island and check out villages, a monastery, winery, and beautiful views of the caldera and Santorini. Getting to Santorini was a nice 10-15 min ferry ride and made for some nice day trips. We loved how restful it was on the patio and being able to take in truly spectacular sunsets or enjoy watching the water in such peace. We can’t thank Pantelis enough for making our stay memorable, comfortable, and exceeding our expectations over and over again. Can’t wait to go back again!

The house has a stunning view and fully fully equipped. From the towels to bathroom materials and from the projector to the wine cooler every detail is well-thought and elegant. Katerina was very helpful and responsive; and Maria was very nice to us. I strongly suggest this house everybody who wants to enjoy Ios to the fullest.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’endroit était très propre, bien entretenu, et fidèle à la description. Nous avons rencontré un petit souci avec le wifi à notre arrivée, mais l’hôte a été extrêmement réactif. Un grand merci pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme. Le logement est à 5min en quad de Thira, ce qui est idéal. Je recommande vivement ce logement !

Margarita's place was beautiful and just what we were hoping for during our first trip to Folegandros! It was spotless, intimate, perfectly located on a stunning beach with restaurants and hiking nearby, and very convenient. We were able to check in early after arriving sooner than expected, with enormous thanks to our hosts for their understanding. Everyone was so welcoming and kind, which made for a memorable and wonderful experience! We really were moved by the collective generosity on Folegandros and fell in love with the island. We cannot wait to come back and strongly recommend you stay here if given the opportunity! Thank you again -- we loved it!!

Excellent séjour dans un bel environnement avec toutes les commodités. L’appartement est une partie de la maison de famille du propriétaire. On se sent chez nous, dans un endroit vivant. Michael a été à notre écoute et très amical. Les couchers de soleil depuis la terrasse sont magnifiques malgré les moustiques. On recommande !

Chantal’s place was truly unbelievable! The photos don’t do it justice. We arrived very early in the morning and couldn’t see the view until we woke up. We had to book an extra night at the last minute because of a change in travel plans due to weather. I was delighted to find the extra cot set up when we arrived. I had requested it weeks ago for our original booking date, but had forgotten to remind her in our last minute scramble to change plans. The service was exceptional for an Airbnb. Not only did we get picked up super early in the morning, but our driver took our luggage down the narrow steps to our room and made sure we had everything we needed. He also took us to the airport when we checked out. Super nice! The breakfast was lovely as were the staff providing it. Our host was excellent at communicating and providing whatever we asked for. The location is central to Fira, yet so quiet in the Airbnb. What an amazing place! I can’t say enough about it.

What a beautiful cave home - great location right in the middle of everything. Provided breakfast every morning was really good. We appreciated that Elena met us and arranged for our luggage to be taken down to the unit and also taken back up when we left. She also provided us with lots of great restaurant recommendations as well as other points of interest on Santorini. We did rent a car and parking is a little challenging but if you’re patient you can find a spot. Parking is free pretty much everywhere as long as you don’t block anyone in. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend stay here!

We loved our stay at Georgia’s place. She was an amazing host! We aren’t expert travelers and Georgia was a huge help to us. Our flight arrived at 8am, 6 hours before check-in, Georgia arranged a driver to meet us, let us leave our bags in the office, and prepped our room early. Multiply that kind of service over the course of 6 days and you get the idea. I neglected to tell her my wife was gluten free and once she found out, she brought a special box of gf bread and crackers for my wife every day with our breakfast - which was also amazing. A very full tray of healthy, fresh food for two people. We ate most of it and never needed lunch. You can’t walk a 1000 steps in Santorini without finding a great restaurant to have dinner and watch the sunset. The room was even cleaner than we expected. The lady who cleaned was constantly on the move, always smiling. Georgia arranged drivers for us and a massage. We hugged goodbye and will miss Georgia and our beautiful view!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome and at home. The space was exactly as described — even better, in fact. Spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and with all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, which made exploring the area so convenient. The host went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, providing thoughtful touches. Communication was top-notch. The host was quick to respond and offered excellent recommendations that made my trip extra special. we would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area, and we can’t wait to come back myself. Our stay at the Phoenicia Luxury Apartments was absolutely wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful, kind and engaging. The location is better than described as outside the city in a quiet area. Alexander was extremely warm and welcoming and provided the best breakfasts we’ve had in our stay in Greece. Highly recommend this property!

Peaceful, private, and beautiful area to stay and still walkable to others areas on the island. Their host Eleni is incredible by providing friendly service and booked all our activities for us (catamaran cruise, massages, photo shoot, and taxi) with strong communication! Her help made our trip memorable and less stressful. Breakfast was delicious and appreciate all the staff to make our stay fantastic!

Great place, close to everything, nice view. Friendly host, she provided great information about tourism places. The lady who did the buffet, nice presentation and beautiful food. I recommend the place.

We loved our stay in this beautiful traditional home. Evangelia was so helpful with local recommendations and helping us get around the island. The home is in a quieter part of Santorini which is nice to come back to after a busy day amongst the crowds of tourists. We especially loved the delicious breakfast provided every morning backdropped by the amazing view of the Aegean Sea! We felt right at home in this amazing accommodation!

This place has it all, and the location is perfect. Vagelis is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve had—nothing was too much trouble, and his mum’s breakfast was a lovely touch. He also arranged our airport transfers, which made things easy. The BnB is right on the walking path between Imerovigli and Oia, just steps from great restaurants (don’t miss The White Lounge). The views are stunning, especially at sunset. It’s a 30-minute walk to Fira with shops and restaurants along the way. We walked to Oia and back in a day—just over four hours total. The place itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had nice extras like robes and slippers. Breakfast arrived on time every morning and was delicious. We explored a lot, and we’re so happy we picked this BnB. I’ll recommend it to anyone visiting Santorini.

Our experience was amazing, we had such a good time by just going for a walk around the area. Flora, was more than perfect, an incredible host and friend, she took care of us even before check-in was possible. I would recommend this place to anyone going to Santorini, the place is just like the pictures so do not hesitate to book it. Also, in my personal opinion it has the perfect location in Oía, you get the beautiful views with a piece of privacy. We will gladly go back someday… A&R ❤️

this was the most amazing air BnB. the photos do not do this place justice! it's got a gorgeous balcony overlooking the bay, a lovely private hot tub which is always warm and they bring you breakfast everyday!!! we were helped up and down the stairs to the flat as we had suitcases. it exceeded our expectations so much. the flat was cleaned every day and fresh towels were given. Irene was super helpful with everything and helped us book various excursions around the island. it is worth noting that the kitchen was lacking a lot of essentials (e.g. chopping board) but we made it work and there is enough to get by. everything else in the flat was perfect! would highly recommend this place.

My wife and I had this room for six nights. We never tired of looking out over the volcano and watching the sunset. And the birds riding the thermals right in front of us. The hot tub was amazing and the sunsets were perfect.
