It was a very pleasant stay. I really recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy nature but being close to Ioannina at the same time. Host was very nice, we were attending wedding, so he borrowed us an iron. He left some snacks on the table which was super nice. And he has the cutest dogs on earth. It is a little bit hard to find this place, so I recommend it to people with 🚗

I had a great month long stay at Katerina’s. She was really great with communication. The internet was slow at first but she sent someone the same day to fix it. The roof terrace is huge and the view is beautiful. There is a coffee shop right below and it’s a nice neighbourhood. It’s about €7 into the centre in a taxi. The bed is quite small so would definitely suit one person, but I would definitely recommend and visit again. Thanks Katerina!

Wonderful host, spotless space and comfortable beds. We will definitely stay there again once we are back in Ioannina.

Clean spaces , quiet , sure if I find myself in the area again it will be my first choice

The 5 of us enjoyed staying at this new apartment. It was clean, warm and had lots of hot water. The children had toys to play with, along with games and books to read. The apartment had a beautiful view of the mountains and was only a short drive to the center of Ioannina. Thanasis and Georgia were gracious hosts and gave us suggestions on things to do in the area.

The apartment is exactly as it is shown. Everything was clean and fresh and we enjoyed every minute. You should have a car so you could drive the next city ioninna

Everything was good in a quiet area

Impeccable hospitality. Tidy apartment, beautifully decorated. Comfortable beds, with extra linens and pillows. The provision for towels even reached for cleaning makeup with special towel so that her towels remain white and clean. The kitchen is perfectly organized. All the essentials in a kitchen even serving platters. In the advantages of the apartment and the private parking space.

Very nice location, very hospitable owner and definitely a great place for someone who wants to visit Metsovo. Just 10 minutes away. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for everything.

We had a great stay at Evavgelo’s place! Everything was neat, clean and welcoming and the view from the place is pure magic! We would stay there again at any time! Evangelos himself was very good at communicating with is about check in/ check out information and all was clear!

We had such a lovely stay! We would highly recommend going off the beaten trail to stay here. The internet was not good, so if you need internet maybe this is not for you BUT the house was so cute. The host was amazing. The cafe was great and the people who run it even better. We would return in a heart beat!

Beautiful ancient house. Spacious and comfortable. The house is in a small village and all around nature. A quiet and calm place just like we were looking for. The house is equipped with everything you need for a few days stay. The landlords warmly welcomed us and lit the wood fireplace for us so that the house would be warm when we arrived. With great patience, the landlord went through all the hiking options in the area and marked for us on a map all the places. The reception was so kind and detailed that throughout our stay (4 nights) we didn't need any further assistance. We spent time in this lovely property a family of 6. Since each of the three bedrooms also has a toilet and shower, the house can be wonderful for spending time with friends and/or three couples. It is important to know that there is no grocery store in the village so those who intend to cook their meals (like us) should arrive with all the groceries or buy in one of the nearby villages (requires a car trip). A minute away from the house (on foot) there is a lovely restaurant. One of the days we chose to stay in the village and walk down to the stream. It was fun to find that just 15 minutes walk away there is a stream with running water. Please note that we arrived at the beginning of April. The mountains around were still snowy and all the creeks we hiked were full of water. According to the locals in the summer the situation is different.

We had a wonderful stay in Kipoi and enjoyed the whole Zagori region. There are so many beautiful villages to visit and wonderful trails to hike. The area has a fascinating history. The old stone buildings and bridges set in the gorgeous natural landscape is truly something out of a fairytale. Our host Anastasia was the best! She was so friendly and went the extra mile to help us find what we were looking for and make our holiday special. We experienced the generous Greek hospitality in the way she cared for us. The house is unique and cute. We called it our Hobbit House because of the arched door and windows and the hole to the spiral staircase. We enjoyed relaxing and eating out on the large patio. A beautiful house with a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, you feel at home. Stone and wood tastefully give the space and the fireplace, stocked with plenty of wood, creates a warm atmosphere of relaxation and rest. Mrs. Georgia very kind, had prepared the fireplace and treats for us and fully informed us about the space, but also about the area. The village is quiet, surrounded by nature, without tourist noise, perfect for detoxification. In the wider area one can of course engage with various activities, hikes, rafting and more. We were left with the best impressions of everything and recommend it to you without a second thought!

We stayed in this house a group of 12 people and had a great time. The house was big and with all the basic amenities we needed for our stay. The village was beautiful, with a great atmosphere and views, ideal for relaxation and excursions in nature. Alexis very helpful. Overall it was a great choice for our stay!

Very nice and cozy apartment! spotless with all the facilities and very warm in a nice location. Also the house apart from the autonomous heating with radiators, had everything for a perfect breakfast meal. Alexandra is fantastic and welcoming, we had great communication. it will definitely be the place to stay again when we visit beautiful Ioannina again

Great stay! The home was spotless, fully equipped and covered every need. The space was spotless and tidy, tasteful with gorgeous decor. Even better than the place itself was the hospitality from the host! Great character, incredibly helpful and helpful with everything, communicative and always available. My stay is great. I'm sure the room is unfair to the photos. Great location especially if you have a car, it suits with parking, absolute quiet and tranquility in the area. Great !
