The house is located in Stavraki, 3 km from the city center. It is newly built, in a family home, in a quiet neighborhood that can offer moments of relaxation and tranquility to guests. It is adapted to offer all the comforts, very cool in the summer and warm in the winter, with a nice large courtyard that has free parking space, a dining area in a gazebo, basketball, log cabin. There is no staircase for guests to enter the house, nor stairs inside the apartment.
