My family and I had an amazing stay at Geoffrey’s Eagles Nest B&B! The pictures truly do not do it justice, the view is totally breathtaking and the B&B itself is even nicer in person with so much space!! You have multiple balconies, living and dining areas, and large sized bedrooms, everything and more you could need - especially when travelling in a large group. Geoffrey was very communicative throughout our stay, always available if we needed anything and even went above and beyond for us by finding us a pack and play to use for our little one! The area itself is so beautiful and worked as a great base for our trip in Cape Breton, with only a short drive to the park and to Chéticamp! We cannot say enough good things about this B&B and would love to come back one day!! Thank you, Geoffrey!

Everything looks just like the pictures, very clean and well cared for. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked, including little kid plates, cutlery and stool which my four year old was so excited about! Appreciated the wifi and smart tv, could stream and cast to tv with no issues for those rainy movie nights. My husband played the Cabot Cliffs, your about 20 minutes or less from Inverness. Nick is also a great host, I asked for recommendations on where to go to eat, and the recommendations were awesome. Wow what a view from the wrap around deck. Had coffee out there a few times! It’s a special place and easily one of the nicest Air B and B’s we stayed at on our tour of the Maritimes. Would highly recommended. Thanks for the great stay:)

Great stay! Michael was there to personally great us and walk us through the property. House is spacious and clean. Nice views from the front two bedrooms.. Kitchen was well stocked for those who prefer to cook. Good selection of spices. While there are resurants 10-20 minutes away, they all pretty much have the same style of food. So, having the kitchen was great. Didn't get the opportunity to enjoy the property and the lake as we only had a couple days. But if you have time, the lake is beautiful. Our trip was 10 nights throughout NS and PEI. So Bonus having a full size washer/dryer. Nice to travel with not have luggage with a week of dirty clothes. Will stay here again, but longer.

This was an excellent stay. Denise was a great communicator. The location is beautiful, overlooking the ocean and looking up at the cliffs of Cape Breton National Park behind. Close to shopping (incl. grocery) in Cheticamp. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was exactly what we needed during a weekend of hockey. Very clean, comfortable. Very well stocked kitchen. The hot tub was very relaxing. The beds were very comfortable. This is a must book for the area.

Had a great week! The unit was stocked with everything we needed, absolutely spotless. Loved the book, that had the history and things to do in Cheticamp. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much, we look forward to coming back again one day.

This place is amazing! It has everything you could possibly need and so many cute little details! Ashley was so nice and introduced us to all of her goats across the street. It was by far the best place I’ve ever stayed in! My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer, 3 nights wasn’t long enough. Hoping to come back again soon😊

Shawna's place was great. A good location for Celtic Colours and for just viewing the fall colors in the Margaree Valley. The house was well-appointed with plenty of beds and adequate furniture. The kitchen had all the amenities. I highly recommend this place.

First of all, I have to thank Damian for giving us such a wonderful experience. I must say the house was even better than the pictures. Everything was neat and clean, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning — especially during sunrise and sunset, offering a breathtaking view of the harbour. Damian was great to communicate with and responded very quickly whenever we needed anything. If I ever travel to the area again, I would definitely choose this place again!

We had a wonderful time in Cheticamp. John was helpful for suggestions about hiking and restaurants. I would highly recommend his beautiful place.

Ronald and Nadine are excellent hosts. The place was exactly as pictured. It was fully equipped and exactly as described on the site. We cooked many meals there and I had everything I needed . Retreat 51 was a relaxing home away from home. The bed was very comfortable. The unexpected treats and fresh flowers on the table was a bonus. The view was so nice . Being able to do our laundry was helpful. They answered all my questions and had suggestions for restaurants and things to do . I would highly recommend this AirBNB .

Great place, just as described, much bigger than the photos show. Had everything we needed. Fabulous view from the deck complete with sunset! Short walk to restaurants and shops. Met by Maurice and Valerie who were great hosts. Would definitely stay again if we were in the area

Loved the coastal, authentic Atlantic and private ambiance. Spacious with ample natural light. Sunset was beautiful. Nice breeze.

Beautiful and clean accommodations with a very kind and friendly host! The apartment is larger than it looks in pictures and had all the amenities we required. We had a baby crawling around, so we appreciated having such a clean place. Sally and her husband went above and beyond in greeting us with homemade muffins and wine, offering local tips and even cooking us some local lobster! The house is a little bit of an extra drive in, but it was worth it for those peaceful views. Sally and her husband live just upstairs and were always accessible if we needed anything. Thank you so much again for a lovely stay!

This was the first time we stayed with Glenna. She was very welcoming; the space was clean, tidy, and thoughfully decorated. She is a great communicator; responded quickly to our messages. Her place has very close access to Cape Breton Highlands Park and close access to restaurants in Cheticamp by car. Also nearby is the beautiful drive south along the Ceilidh Trail to Inverness where there are sandy beaches to walk and enjoy. This lovely vacation and our stay with you will never be forgotten. Place was very modern and spacious. Kitchen was well equipped. Great view of the coast. Rick was very friendly and responsive. We really enjoyed our 3 day stay. I give this place top marks.

This place is beautiful! We really enjoyed our time there. I would highly recommend Port Hood Place! Richard was very friendly, helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay in Port Hood. Wish we had more time there to explore Cape Breton. Very easy to gaze out at the water and lose track of time.
