Central location close to Storyland, shopping and the mountains for skiing, hiking etc. Watch the sunsets on the front porch surrounded by mountains. Trails out back door in small town forest. Scenic overlook, Subway sandwiches, ice cream and Cannell's store is directly down the street. Brew pubs and new distillery easy walk . Host lives on the property.

This home also is nestled across the street from the East Branch River and just minutes from Story Land, Saco River, Attitash, Cranmore, Wildcat, and Bretton Woods Ski Resorts . It's 7 Minutes from Downtown North Conway, where you can frequent great Restaurants, Pubs, and Shops. Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). Grounds have ancient apple trees, loads of perennial gardens with more in progress, berries and an organic vegetable garden that we would love to share from if desired. The townhouse has fantastic views of the Moat Mountains, with walking trails right out the back slider (which turn into X-country ski trails in the winter) . Our place has everything needed for a fun getaway to the Whites!
