Monthly Rentals in Inousses

The house is perfect for a stay on the island of Oinousses, a unique island with very limited accommodation options. It is a traditional house built in the late 19th century, so expect charm rather than luxury. The settlement (incl the house) is built on a hill with most points of interest at the bottom of the hill, so expect to get a bit of exercise. The upkeep of the house is good, with a great balcony with amazing sea views, and can probably comfortably fit up to 4 people (sharing one bathroom) or more (at a stretch). Bedrooms have fans (rather than A/C) that are effective albeit a bit noisy. Efi is a great host: we didn’t meet her but she was extremely responsive to messages, often answering within seconds. Overall a great property on a unique island that we would strongly recommend! We thought the value for money was amazing for what we paid.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria's place. The house had everything we needed, including a BBQ, and it was such a pleasure to spend time in the lovely garden. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, perfect for relaxing. Both Maria and Nikos were incredibly kind and welcoming. Nikos even took us to watch the rocket war, which was such a unique and memorable experience. He also shared some of his homemade cheese with us, which was absolutely delicious. We’re really grateful for their warmth and hospitality. Thank you again, Maria and Nikos, for making our stay so special! We will definetely visit your place again.

The location of the house, its tranquility, and the sea make it perfect for those who love peace and nature. The house was clean, and the hosts were very attentive.

A friendly warm welcome and clear instructions for finding the property. As a family of 4, it suited perfectly. Close to the supermarket, church, bakers and the incredible Italian restaurant, which had a pretty courtyard and served delicious cocktails late into the night. The property was clean and tidy and had everything. Paulette contacted me several times before we arrived to ensure they got it ready for us with everything we might need. Highly recommended.
