Ateljéhuset vid havet

The house, called "The Ateljéhuset", is 300 meters from the sea with a ten kilometer long sandy beach in one direction and one of Gotland´s best fishing spots for trout along the cliffs in the other directon. From the bedroom, the dining area and the terrace you can look stright across the Baltic Sea and always hear the waves. The house adjoins to Danbo Nature Reserve. It is a paradise for hikers where you can enjoy untouched nature, yet there are really good restaurants nearby.

We are a family letting our house, Gnisvärd/Tofta. 18 km south of Visby, 200 m to the popular Tofta Strand. 800 m Gnisvärd fishing village. 3 bedrooms, livingroom, kitchen, ca 90 kvm, a guesthouse (4 single beds). Dishwasher, laundry, and wifi, fireplace. Large garden incl. forest 2500 sqm., We are also renting out a smaller house of 30 sqm. A fence separating the houses. You only share the parking.

Strandnära bekvämt boende

Ett boende som erbjuder fantastisk natur med stigar, både i skogen och vid havet, perfekt för cykling, löpning och promenader. Huset har gångavstånd till Åminne havsbad där det finns en fin sandstrand, restaurang och barnpool. Huset är fullt utrustat med en stor altan som inbjuder till grillkvällar och relax. Observera att städning inte ingår utan huset ska städas ordentligt innan ni checkar ut.

Hyran inkluderar slutstäd. (Se nedan) Vår stuga renoverades 2015 med nytt badrum och nytt kök samt ny stor terass. Här sover 6 personer bekvämt i sängar fördelade på 3 sovrum. 2 av rummen har resårmadrasser och ett har enklare madrasser i en våningssäng. Köket har micro, diskmaskin samt kombinerad kyl/frys. Tvättmaskin i badrummet. 10 minuters promenad till Tofta sandstrand (800m).

Only 1km to the water's edge and even closer to several restaurants, paddle tennis courts, and a small grocery store (during high season). 20km to Visby 7km to Sweden's best golf course (according to several golf magazines) 400 meters to the bus stop with a good timetable during the summer
