The Speculator Guest House is fully renovated to offer an elevated and thoughtful stay. Guests love the outdoor sauna, Sunday to Wednesday private chef brunch or dinner, espresso maker, fully stocked kitchen, and everything you need for a campfire under the string lights. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants, shops, or the sandy beach on Lake Pleasant (.6 miles). Each guest receives individualized local recommendations. We live in the area year round and love to share our favorite places.

A renovated 1880’s farmhouse with all the modern amenities yet keeping the charm. It is between Lake Placid (5 miles) and Saranac Lake (4.5 miles) in North Elba’s tiny hamlet of Ray Brook. It has a completely fenced in yard with lots of room to play and a large back deck to watch it all happen. *We allow 2 small or 1 medium well behaved, fully vaccinated, house trained dog.s. Relax with the family at this peaceful retreat located at 116 Railroad Ave Old Forge . It is newly built, and is nestled a little into the woods. I’m sure you will see wild life during your stay. Deer Trax is walking distance to town. It is only minutes away from Enchanted Forest and all what Old Forge has to offer. This would be the perfect place to stay for snowmobiling. It is right on the trail, and with space to park your trailer.

We have the fix for your cabin fever! Our 2 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath house is right in the heart of Old Forge. Walk to shopping, dining, hiking, and boating. Water Safari and Enchanted Forest too! Plenty of room to spread out in the single family home. Very clean and recently updated throughout. Large yard and bonfire area. Recent addition of garage and owners quarters above garage. Owners not on property May-Oct 1st.
