I booked it because of the good reviews. There was a reason for the good reviews! First of all, the peaceful surroundings and the house are so pretty. I was accompanied by a dog, so it was nice to have a house with a yard. I really liked it because the dog jumped around in the spacious lawn. The interior of the house was neatly equipped with everything necessary, and the emotional items were placed in a cute way, creating a warm atmosphere. The hosts' thoughtful consideration stood out!! It's just a shame that the photos don't show everything! You can freely barbecue with a camping table and camping chair outside, and there is a fire pit, so I spent 2 nights and 3 days very comfortably and meaningfully. Right in front of the property, there was a well-equipped promenade, so it was really nice to take a walk, and it was peaceful and quiet!!! However, one thing that was unfortunate was that the sofa was hard because there was a part that was broken. If you have any inquiries or need to contact, they respond right away, and it was reassuring that they were nearby. It was so nice that I want to stay again if I need to rest in the future or go somewhere nearby!

It was a loft-style accommodation. I wanted to have a barbecue, but I gave up because of the rain forecast, but the barbecue area on the rooftop looked good to use~

You were so kind, and the accommodation was cozy and nice! The boiler takes time, but you can sleep hot at night. Sometimes other people park parking, but there was no problem, and the location was very tight.

Sein's Place is a charming old house in the countryside, with a beautiful view of the mountains. The space is simple but fully functional—and especially great if you're traveling with dogs, which is a big plus. What made the stay even more special was the host, Sein. She kindly allowed both an early check-in and a late checkout in my case (though of course, this depends on other bookings), and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness. She also recommended a few dog-friendly restaurants nearby, and every one of them was absolutely spot on. I’d gladly recommend Sein’s Place to anyone visiting the area. It was beautifully decorated as seen in the photos, and the cleanliness was also very good. In particular, it was nice to have a surplus of time chatting more than a book because it was spread out in the sun on the extended veranda, such as the couch and hammock. The location is right in front of the sea and a convenience store, so there was no inconvenience, but it can be a little noisy during the high season. It's a great environment to learn to surf and I learned well from the place you recommended. It was nice that everything was walkable, and I personally liked Jukdo Beach itself =) Ah! Lastly, the bedding is very cozy. It's better than a hotel!

I rested comfortably for two days in a clean and cozy accommodation. Unfortunately, there was a request on the same day, and the host responded quickly and kindly. The kids loved playing in the pool so warmly, and at night, we had a fire pit and lying comfortably and watched a movie. The whole family had a great time. Thrive!

It's not a luxury facility of an expensive hotel, but I think it's the best value for money as a comfortable and relaxing accommodation. 🧡 But now with Ulsanbawi Rock..! If you walk along the front yard, there is a road to Wolhae Temple, and it is very peaceful and nice. I went with my dog and had a good time~~~

It seems to be the best accommodation for large families or groups of 10 or more. The barbecue area is also well equipped.

This is an accommodation where you can stay comfortably near the beach. I stayed with my baby on a family trip, and it was an accommodation where I could feel the host's consideration, from the baby blanket to the bathtub and bathing supplies. I want to come back when the weather is warmer so that I can enjoy the sea.

I had a lot of worries because I had to take both the baby and the puppy, but this accommodation was perfect in every way, so I was so satisfied! It's a private house, so you don't have to worry about the noise between floors, and when you open the front door, it's the garden, so the dog can walk alone. The dog that lived there was very gentle, so it was okay even though our dog was sensitive. The bedding and facilities were also very clean. I was impressed that they prepared a baby mat for the baby! The distance is between Yangyang and Sokcho, so it's 15 minutes by car to each downtown? It was rather nice to go here and there:)

It was a great place to stay with a full ocean view! The view was nice and there were many restaurants nearby, so I had a good time without worrying about meals. The host was very helpful in providing information about the area. Thank you for adjusting the check-in time flexibly. Originally, I had to put the kids to sleep in the car, but it was so nice to be able to put them to sleep comfortably at the accommodation. The bedding was well prepared for the number of people, and there was a convenience store on the first floor, so I was able to buy what I needed right away. The parking fee was 7,000 won for valet parking, but considering the location and the quality of the accommodation, it wasn't a waste at all. All the people who did the ballet were kind. It was a really satisfying accommodation for the price. I want to visit again next time. :-)

I was looking for a lot of places to take my dog with me, but this place... it was the best. It is located right across from Sokcho Beach, and there were many things to see and do such as convenience stores and small shops on the first floor. The view of the interior of the accommodation was nice, not to mention. The living room chair was also a recliner, so it was the best for me with a bad back disc! But one thing that was unfortunate was that there were no guests after cleaning before, so there was calm dust on the floor, and since the recliner couch was moving, there was still dust on the couch, so we wiped everything with the wipes we took... The dust flashed every time we moved, so we couldn't wash it. I think it would be nice if you could just pay attention to this. I stayed well for 1 night!! My mom wants me to come again next time ~ ~
