Welcome to our cottage in the woods where a hearty breakfast is included! It's in the cottage, so there's no time to fit in, eat what and when you want. The cottage is secluded and has a small kitchen with most things you need, a private toilet with shower and a comfortable sofa bed. Bed linens, towels and cleaning are included. Large TV with Chromecast and fast WiFi as well as books and games to pass the time with. Nice house with large living room and kitchen with open fire, bathroom and 4 bedrooms. Perfect both in summer and winter. There are extra mattresses as well as a guesthouse and sauna building with extra shower and toilet. Fiber is available that allows it is also a great fit to work from here. Close to nature plot with grass lawn for summer activities. About 150 meters to the dock, a motorboat for fishing and swimming, and a kayak for 2 people. Lovely 4.5 km running track around Björsund. The cottage is located on our farm with nature around the corner, in the middle of a historic environment, eight minutes by car from the city center and with off-road trails for hiking, running or MTB biking outside the door. In the yard, besides us, there is a dog and two cats. In summer, there is a trampoline, board games in the garden and a small barbecue and patio in a pergola.
