Everyone is welcome to rent our detached house. The house is in a peaceful location next to a small farm, and the forest is the closest neighbor. Peaceful location, but a good starting point for hikes. Only a 7-minute drive to Vestby, where you have a shopping center and the Oslo Fashion Outlet. From Vestby, it takes 20 minutes by train to Oslo. Swimming opportunities by the Oslo fjord are a 20-minute drive away. Tusenfryd amusement park 25 min. Unfortunately, there is no public transportation that passes by the property, so you are dependent on a car.

Quiet place, suitable for children and families; you can relax on the veranda and in a hammock in our garden. It's nice here. We have a townhouse with a view of nature. It's a 6-7 minute drive to Askim city center / train station and water park (Østfoldbadet). We are located about 35 minutes (by car) from Sweden (Tokförs Shopping Center). 5 minutes from. Kikkelsrud -Gruvene! It is 45 min by train/car to the center of Oslo. There is a freshwater lake in Ørje (25 min. drive from us) and Lundeby (15-20 min.), and Solbergfossen (15 min. by car)

The rooms extend over 2 floors where most of it is newly renovated The house consists of a hallway, kitchen, living room, bathroom, three bedrooms, two workplaces and terrace with gas grill. The home is close to nice hiking trails and green spaces, Østfoldbadet swimming pool, Kulturhuset cultural center, Askimtorget square, a golf course, outdoor and indoor padel courts, Sprett (trampoline park, mini-golf, and bowling), and several dining options.

Beautiful small 3-room terraced house over two floors in a child-friendly area close to nature. The house is from 2024 and has an airy floor plan with an open kitchen, bathroom, toilet, 2 bedrooms and good storage options.
