Enjoy the sound of nature when staying at this unique place. The accommodation is located by itself about 600 meters on the upper side of the farm. There is only a tractor road up, but it is possible to drive if you have a high enough car. Location from Oslo about 1 hour, about 40 min to Drammen and about 40 min to Vikersund by car. Please note: -The accommodation is located inside the indigenous pasture where there are sheep and horses grazing. -If you have a dog with you, it will be agreed in more detail in relation to special considerations. The nearest grocery store is 6 km away.

Idyllic cabin - welcome to Bjerkelia!

Welcome to Bjerkelia, a nice cabin with space for 4 people! It is possible with bedding in the living room (sofa bed). The cabin has a small kitchen, living room, two bedrooms (shared by curtains), outdoor shower (w/ hot water in summer months), combustion toilet and cozy patio. If you're lucky, there will be deer or moose! There are great hiking opportunities, and an idyllic carpedam close by. The cabin is located an hour's journey by public transport (boat and bus) from Aker Brygge (possibly 35 minutes drive). Welcome to Bjerkelia!

Aaraas Suite - for short or longer stay!

In the special situation Norway and the world is now experiencing, we are expanding the possibilities of staying in the apartment in the brewery house on Aaraa's farm. Maybe you and your family, or someone in your family, want another place to stay for a weekend or a week. Maybe you have a challenging work situation and need peace and/or good rest. Send a request and we'll find out what's available. Discounts are given for longer stays! Note: Due to the coronavirus, we take extra care with cleaning and disinfection!

Idyllic space also set up for families with children

The farm is located 40 min from Lillestrøm and about 50 min from Oslo. It is possible to borrow canoes and small boat with outboard. On the farm there is a trampoline and plenty of space for play and activities (kubb and frisbee golf) as well as a fire pit. Behind the stables, there's a football field and a small basketball plating. It is approx. 2:5 km to shop and bus connection to Oslo. The place has a jetty , with a swimming ladder and a barbecue area. Good opportunities to fish in Øyeren (fresh water)

Cozy 3 bedroom on a farm just outside Lillestrøm

Cozy house with kitchen and large living room as well as hallway and bathroom on the first floor, on the 2nd floor there are 2 bedrooms. Located idyllically with fields on all sides and nice lawn areas around. Great view and sun every day of the day. Parking for up to 2 cars included in rent. Child-friendly with trampoline and play stand. You can quickly get to Oslo, 25 minutes by car, about 25 minutes by bus and train. 2.5 km to walk to Lillestrøm with restaurants, cinema and train to Oslo.

Easy access to the lake for swimming and fishing, as well as to the forest for hiking and cycling, while shops and restaurants are ~15 min. away. - Nieuw (2015) vakantiehuis met twee knusse bedstedes. Cozy farmhouse in a lively courtyard. The place has a rural and peaceful location where we do grain production and pig farming. The house also has a terrace with evening sun and lawns. The host lives in the home and only rents it out when they are on trips and holidays. The place is under renovation. The staircase and a little bit of small stuff that remains.
