A Truly Magical Stay! We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The pool was pristine and perfect for afternoon dips after walking back from the beach, which was only a few minutes away on foot. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We felt completely safe and at home. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, and everything was exactly as described—if not better. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful escape!

We had a wonderful time at the condo. The beach was beautiful, condo was clean and comfortable, Adam was very responsive and accommodating. Steps to the beach, plenty of beach chairs and towels for our group of 7. Loved the layout of the rooms, plenty of space for everyone. Highly recommend.

We wanted a beach visit after our family spent the week at Disney. It’s a quick easy drive from Orlando. You can’t beat the location of the home! Thanks for allowing us to stay!

Her house is walking distance to a public beach entrance and contained beach supplies that we enjoyed (chairs, umbrella, cooler, wagon). Michelle was easy to contact and answered questions promptly. I highly recommend staying at her house - we had a great time!

Overall it was a beautiful stay. Wonderful view and very close walk to the beach. The only thing is that if there’s something wrong mention it right away. Or you’ll get charged for it. It really was such an amazing house and very happy to have booked our stay here.

5 star location. 5 star responsiveness. 4 star lodging. Definite repeat. You simply cannot beat the view and the beach access here. Having coffee on the beach in the morning and watching sunsets with your toes in the sand is 5 stars every day. The house was very clean and met our needs, but could be improved. The master bedroom is the hottest room of the house. Even turning the air down it remains stuffy. You cannot close the door or you overheat. All of the pillows are flat and hard, clearly old. The house is actually separated into 2 buildings. This is not made clear in the listing and you have to find it on your own. Additional lighting like a simple string of lights wrapped around the back deck at night would go a long way towards ambience. Towels are provided and are clean, but smell very strongly of bleach and are very small and thin towels. Last, the instructions for parking and finding the home are not clear. No deal breakers. We would stay here again in a second. Enjoy!

Marisa’s beach rental was perfect! This place is like new; a cozy layout and mere steps away from the beach. She provided everything a family would need for a beautiful vacation (all kitchen necessities, beach towels, beach chairs, and snacks for the kids as we walked in). My family is local in Tampa Bay and Reddington Shores is our beach of choice. When we saw Marisa’s rental come up in our search, and seeing the pictures of the place, we booked immediately! For those of you who aren’t from the area, in 2024, Hurricane Helene devastated the area, so this community is rebuilding and making a strong rebound. Do not hesitate and book this place, TODAY! Support Reddington Shores and I promise the beach, the people and this beautiful rental will not disappoint you! PS- you have to swing by Nachman’s Seafood Market while in town. They have the freshest daily caught fish, and the best smoked fish dip you will ever try! Thank you Marisa for all your accommodations! We can’t wait to be back

From start to finish, our stay was amazing. Erika was an exceptional host. She proactively made sure that we had all that we needed ahead of time and even checked in with us during our stay. The home was gorgeous. Beautiful views, clean, and super convenient to the beach and restaurants. We were there for my grandmother's 80th birthday and my birthday, and our stay at Erika's place was just perfect for the occasion!

Anthony's place was very comfortable with great furnishings, the kitchen had absolutely everything you needed. The space was clean and well stocked. Short walk to the beach. We had a few glitches and Anthony came over right away to fix things. We extended our stay!

This stay was great ! The pool was a very nice amenity that we enjoyed, the game room was used immensely by everyone ! The rooms and bathrooms were great though we spent a lot of time in the kitchen and the living room ! Very close to the freeway which we used everyday and very close to grocery stores and Walgreens! The stay was great and Maria helped us a lot on some unexpected arrival times ! Thank you for letting us stay in your home !

Beautiful stay and perfect for families! Could not recommend enough - close to the beach, groceries, shopping, etc. We liked Indian rocks beach better than clearwater because it was way less crowded and more peaceful. The space included beach accessories, chairs, toys for the kids, umbrellas, towels and the pool /outdoor patio space was great. We would absolutely come back here!

Where to start the house was amazing from the bedrooms to the bathrooms, backyard is amazing. Pool was perfect. Everything about this place was amazing one of the best places I’ve stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnb‘s over the years. This is one of the best I would recommend it to anybody that’s visiting that area host was very responsive. Early check-in was amazing. Can’t see how happy we are perfect place for a family or just to get away.

We had an amazing time at Jess’ place and already talking about going back! We had 2 families which worked out having the 2 kitchen and living room spaces. Each of the bedrooms had their owns bathroom which was also great. The house had everything you could need, pool floats, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach wagon and more! The beach was a short walk and the Kooky Coconut a few doors down has great food and ice cream. The area is very nice with plenty of shops, restaurants, coffee shops, a brewery and putt putt! I can’t say enough great things about this place, having the private pool and a pool house with some covered seating and a bathroom was perfect! We will be back!

Great location within a short walk to beach and IRB restaurants. Home was clean with new finishes. Worked great for our family of five for the long weekend. Beach chairs and wagon made beaching very easy. Jay was informative, easy to work with, and responsive.

We stayed here for 5 days. Had a wonderful time. This home was in a quiet location with beautiful backyard and a lot of fun activities around. Super close to the beach it was perfect for us and the kids. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area. Great restaurants around as well! Host was super nice and responsive. Would definitely stay again if back in the area.

This home was a perfect place for my family’s needs. The pool was lovely, and the location is walkable to the beach and a nearby playground. The home is almost exactly as depicted and described-it was missing the sofa in the downstairs room that leads out to the pool. We appreciated having a pack n play available and the baby gates on the upper set of stairs, although there is no baby gate on the stairs going down to the front door. The kitchen was well appointed and had plenty of storage space. We also used the grill which worked great. The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and very comfortable. Overall we had a great stay and would return.

We are really happy about Matt’s place, great location and set up, we also highly recommend this place if you travel with kids, playground and kids friendly trial 2 blocks away, safe neighborhood. Matt also set us up with all the essentials we asked for plus a wagon full of beach toys. We will definitely come back!

Ahmed and Elizabeth are trusty some of the best hosts I’ve had with air bnb. Every request (big or little) they were on top of it! We went to a couple beach locations and the one that’s a 5 min walk from their home was our favorite! Would definitely come back and stay here again!!

I can't recommend this house enough! My wife and I stayed here for honeymoon, and it was comfortable, felt very cozy, and had a great view of the West Coast Intercostal. The deck chairs and hot tub were great to relax in. The location is also nice - minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and boat rentals, and about a half hour drive from Tampa and St. Pete. Deanna was very helpful and communicated well.

My boyfriend and I booked this place for a quick vacation in Florida, and it was perfect for what we were looking for. We wanted to be close to the beach with walkable spots nearby, and that’s exactly what we got! You really can’t beat the location of Sal’s home - just a two-minute walk to the beach. We loved having beach chairs, towels, and a cooler provided; it made our beach days super easy. Sal was very responsive, kind, and helpful with anything we needed. We definitely recommend staying here!
