Vacation rentals with breakfast in Indian River County

The nicest host ever! Very quiet neighborhood. We were in town for fishing at the Stick Marsh and felt very comfortable with the boat parked in the driveway while we went out to eat. Home was clean and nice. Way better than staying at a hotel. Barbara definitely cares about providing a quality place to stay at a reasonable price.

This home is remote to the crowds. The neighbors we met were friendly. We spent most of our stay on the desolate beach, which is steps from the back door. You can see a sunrise and sunset from the house. Moon rises are also awesome. You can watch for sea turtles early before sunrise if you cover up for the biting midges. There is plenty of room in the house for everyone to do separate activities if the weather is bad. You will need to plan for supplies as all grocery stores are a decent drive. There is a stove, a microwave, a Kuerig (no coffee pot), and a dishwasher. You will have a washer and dryer in the bedroom that has bunk beds. We would stay again.

I arrived feeling tired, left refreshed. Leah has a great personality and offers lots of amenities and extras.

Fantastic place, especially for a single traveler or couple. Lots of amenities and exceptionally well maintained. I was visiting niece’s family so spent little time at the house, but well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, very nice bathroom and very quiet location—everything I could have wanted! And host was very friendly and helpful. Also very accommodating because I arrived late because of travel delays.

Sherida’s place felt right at home. It exceeded my expectations and more. She takes care of every small need of her guests. She has offered my dinner the first day, breakfasts, a lot of help, and good talk. Worth the money. You don’t just stay there, you make memories!

Lovely, serene and newly renovated, we certainly enjoyed our stay! We travel with Airbnb a lot and this little home ranks at the top of our many stays. Comfortable king bed with double sink ensuite, large closet and very nice shower made nights restful and the kitchen was so well stocked I didn't lack for anything! Thanks so much for a great mini-vacay!
