Rich hiking opportunities in the surrounding area and in Levanger municipality in general. Short distance to the beach Bed sheets and towels provided. Final cleaning by guest or host. Welcome to Landsemsetra in Leksvik! Here you have the opportunity for a unique stay in a historic, cozy and traditional seter set up in 1894, with a lot of history in the walls! Spend the night in a cabin on stilts out on the mountain and feel the sensation of "floating over the water". Cook in the cabin's kitchen, or on the fire pit out on the terrace. Feel the warmth in the cabin when you fire up the oven. The experience of simple life provides room for reflection and tranquility, close to nature. On the terrace you can enjoy a cup of coffee and a good book in a hammock that is built into the terrace. Close your eyes while you float in the hammock and enjoy the view of the 5 km long Byavatnet and Trondheimsfjorden.

Rich lake cabin with jacuzzi and annex

Have fun with the whole family at this elegant residence. 100 meters to the lake with the cabin area's own jetty with bathing ladder and outdoor shower. For swimming in fresh water, it is only 1 km to walk. Enjoy the morning sun with a cup of coffee on the terrace. Enjoy the day with lots of activities and cultural offerings on Inderøy and "The Golden Detour". Enjoy the evening with a jacuzzi at sunset. The cabin is located in a new cabin area without transit traffic, called "Svaberget". Svaberget is within walking distance to Kjerknesvågen kai.

Kvamsholmen

Kvamsholmen is a farm of over 90 acres with a unique location right down by the lake, with about 1 km of coastline. On the farm's property there are 11 boathouses that are in addition to active honey and candle production as well as an art workshop that occasionally holds courses. From the main house you can go straight out into the garden and down to the lake. There is a cultural trail that you can walk all the way to Straumen with or towards Skarnsundet. Here you can enjoy peace and quiet and have easy access to beautiful Inderøy!

Enjoy days with family/friends in this peaceful cabin. Either with a quiet evening on the porch and listen to the fish that guard the water right by the cabin. Or take a walk down to the lake for fishing/enjoy the view. Lots of nice hiking trails in the area. Inderøy is known for its beautiful nature and good food and cultural experiences. Here you will find beautiful cultural landscapes, farm shops selling locally produced food, historical monuments, galleries and art museums. No partying or smoking allowed. Pets are not allowed.

Cabin with a lovely view, a well-equipped kitchen, cozy places for relaxation, and nice outdoor areas. 5-minute walk to the lake, and 5-minute walk to the fjord and the shore. Approx. 15 min walk to the quay at Kjerknesvågen with a kiosk and a 24-hour store. In the heart of the Golden Route. Several good hiking areas and play areas for children. The perfect summer place, but also nice in the winter with good skiing conditions and trails.

Stay in the center of "the golden detour" Apartment from 2020 among the wooden buildings in Straumen you will find galleries, cafes and cozy niche shops. The tiny red-painted Klokkarstu "kjerringa me Straumen" with thrift store and lunch café. Inderøy Landhandleri and the Caribbean pub, Nils Aas Kunstverksted, Galleri Mitsel, Inderøy Slakteri, Internet café @, Marens Bakeri and Jostu Lysstøperi. If you are looking for dinner, Rødbrygga is a stone's throw away (literally) or Øyna cultural landscape hotel.

We have made a separate apartment in our house located at Skarnsundet. 4 km from Skarnsundet bridge. The apartment has its own entrance. Here you can relax in quiet surroundings, fishing or go for mountain hikes . Short distance to swimming in the sea or boat rental. Snorkeling is an activity that is very popular in the summer. Skarnsundet is known for its unique reef. Divers and sport fishermen often come here. If you want to shop or go to a restaurant, you have to go to Inderøy or Steinkjer
