Cottage vacation rentals in Inca

Margarita was a fantastic host, always quick to respond and help with any questions. Her place was lovely and matched the description perfectly, it was great for children and she had lots of toys and pool floats in the house. Due to the location there were mosquitos in the late afternoon and early evening but if you used bug spray etc it kept most of them at bay. The walk was easy into Pollenca, 20 mins at most into the centre. There was a Eroski / Lidl 10 minutes walk from the villa as well. The upstairs room aircon was a little hit and miss but Margarita provided great fans to keep us cool at night. Overall the villa is fantastic, I hope to stay there again soon or at Margarita's other property in the future.

Han sido nuestras primeras vacaciones con nuestro bebé de 1 año y no podíamos haber escogido mejor lugar. Desde nuestra llegada ( Astrid nos dijo que podíamos llegar antes de lo previsto) nos quedamos asombrados por la belleza del lugar, naturaleza, flores preciosas, el sonido de los pájaros , las montañas de fondo, el olor a lavanda… como en una película!!! La casa preciosa, una decoración maravillosa y una limpieza que ya quisieran muchos hoteles de lujo! A la cocina no le faltaba detalle y cualquier utensilio que necesitáramos Astrid lo tenía! Nuestro pequeño se lo pasó en grande con los perritos y explorando la finca! Nosotros hemos visto atardeceres increíbles, hemos hecho unas barbacoas con vistas inmejorables y hemos descansado en la súper cama XXL! Astrid ha sido más que amable! Muy cariñosa y siempre tan atenta! Repetiremos seguro porque nos hemos sentido como en casa!

The house was very beautiful and clean, just like in the pictures. The host responded quickly and was flexible with check-in, which I really appreciated. Just a note for future guests: the location is quite remote and not reachable by public transportation, so a car is definitely necessary. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend it to others who are traveling by car.

This villa is outstanding. As you go down the drive and turn towards the house, you are greeted with an outstanding garden which is beautifully kept. The outdoor space is simply spectacular. The house itself is as described and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The outdoor bathroom is an added bonus. The property is walking distance to shops and restaurants and is also close to bus stops if you want to venture to any other part of the island. Overall this villa has exceeded our expectations and we hope to be back soon as the place provided us with some fantastic family memories and at the same time a place where we could unwind and relax.

Wir waren mit einer jungen Truppe vor Ort und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der Spa-Bereich und der Pool waren weltklasse. Die Lage der Finca ist gut. Circa 20 Minuten bis Palma. Mit einem Mietwagen ist man auf jeden Fall sehr flexibel und kann sich ohnehin gut auf der Insel fortbewegen. Von uns gibt’s auf jeden Fall eine absolute Weiterempfehlung. Wir würden immer wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft ist ein liebevoll renovierter Bungalow. Der Salzwasser Pool ist super zum Abkühlen. Tolle Lage zum Entspannen! Alles da, was man braucht! Die Kommunikation mit Mar ist perfekt, super schnell. Und Fragen oder Probleme werden sofort beantwortet bzw gelöst! Um den Pool wurde sich regelmäßig gekümmert! Das Haus von Mar ist ein wundervoller Ort! Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt!

What a wonderful house. the views are stunning. the house is gorgeous too, every room was spacious, beautifully furnished and styled. the kitchen was well equipped. there's plenty of room in the garden too - also well equipped with the fab pool and loungers for everyone! The owner, Antonia, was super helpful and made us feel immediately at home. On arrival the local supermarkets were closed as it was Sunday evening but Antonia drove us to an open one 25 mins away! Nothing was too much trouble. Her son's restaurant is just opposite with a pretty back garden, and the food is delicious! Soller town is a 5 mins walk and is full of lovely restaurants and shops. I can't fault this stay.... would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed a relaxing week at the villa. Really easy access to different parts of the island. Anyone that decides to stay will have a wonderful time.

Maison très propre, très bien équipée, confortable et accueillante. On se sent comme chez soi. Le nécessaire de base est fourni (épices, produits d’entretien, etc.) La maison est idéale pour un séjour avec des enfants, le terrain parfaitement clos, des zones ombragé et plein de plantes à découvrir. La piscine hors-sol et le poulailler sont un véritable atout. Tranquillité absolue. Les commerce de Can Picafort sont à 15 min de voiture (Aldi, Eroski, Lidl) 50 min de Palma. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Hartmut’s place was remote, private and very quiet. Star gazing was amazing. Lots of villages and beaches close by to discover. Very well equipped and comfortable home. The hosts were interesting and extremely helpful when we asked for recommendations. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Catalina's ancestral family farmhouse. The place is idlyic, a real gem and it gave us the perfect opportunity to connect with each other, unwind and immerse ourselves in the natural beauty of Mallorca. We have fallen in love with the little cove, beach bar and with Mallorca in general as a result! We will definitely be looking to make this trip an annual event. Thank you so much Catalina for your foresight in terms of pick ups/ drop offs as well as the food shop, your patience, generosity and general good vibes.

Beautiful home surrounded by lush nature! The place was clean and hosts were really friendly and responsive. The home is a wonderful place for families, with many spots to gather communally! Enjoyed the view of the incredible mountains by the pool. Would come back again!

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und freundlich. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und komme gerne wieder.

We had a wonderful stay at Can Coca. It's beautifully decorated with a rustic charm but also comes with a well-equipped modern kitchen. It also included a large outdoor space for dining and barbequing by the pool area which we really love. The location is great, so close to Porto Cristo and other beaches along the east coast. Joaquin is very welcoming and responsive, offered us many suggestions for food and activities around the area. Would definitely stay here again when we visit Mallorca next time!

Magnifique maison et surtout le splendide jardin, la piscine et les environs. Très calme, au milieu des montagnes et avec des prés et des moutons qui rendent l'endroit idyllique 🤩 on recommande à 100% en famille. This home is beautiful. It matched the online descriptions perfectly. Ana was friendly and thorough at our arrival. We had an issue with the security gate. We called her. She had the issue taken care of immediately. We ate oranges and lemons right off the tree in the backyard. We had a wonderful time and can’t wait to go back.

Es ist ein zauberhafter Ort um glücklich zu sein ! Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Finca. Von der sehr freundlichen Begrüßung, der sehr sauberen Finca, der guten Ausstattung, der traumhaften Lage…. Es war perfekt! Ja, stimmt, das eine Zimmer hat nur ein ganz kleines Fenster, aus dem man nicht rausgucken kann, weil es weit oben ist - aber dafür hat dieser Raum in den heißen Sommermonaten das beste und kühlste Klima… und wie jeder Raum hat auch dieser einen ganz besonderen Charme zum Wohlfühlen. Die Restaurierung dieses Hauses aus dem 16. Jahrhundert ist den Eigentümern wirklich hervorragend gelungen. Der Pool wirkt auf den Fotos größer- aber für eine Abkühlung ist er perfekt und wird regelmäßig von den Vermietern geräubert. Und das Grundstück ist ein Traum - sehr groß mit vielen Obstbäumen (Orangen, Zitronen, etc.) Wir wären sehr gern länger geblieben und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder! Vielen Dank für diesen tollen Urlaub!

Tolle Unterkunft, genauso wie auf den Bildern! Alles war sehr sauber und in ruhiger Lage. Mit dem Auto ist man in fünf Minuten beim nächsten Supermarkt oder am Strand. Barbara war sehr nett, die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos.

Ein wundervoller Ort mit einer phantastischen Aussicht. Im und um das Haus ist alles sehr toll gestaltet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Es ist alles da was man braucht und sich wünscht. Ein ruhiger Ort zum entspannen, sich erholen und genießen. Vielen Dank an unsere Gastgeber, die diesen einzigartigen und tollen Aufenthalt für uns möglich gemacht haben. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist wie beschrieben für geübte Fahrer.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Küche bietet alles was das Hobby-Koch-Herz in einem Urlaub im Süden so braucht. Bequeme Betten und ein echt schöner Pool runden das sehr Runde Gesamtbild ab. Cristofol ist hilfsbereit und reagiert sehr schnell.

We had a great stay and especially enjoyed the beautiful outdoor area with private pool. There were plenty of trees and plants and very nice areas to sit. The pool was clean and taken care of during our stay. The house was clean and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. Raquel was very friendly and attentive as she immediately took care of solving a technical issue at the house. We would stay at this house again.

A magical place Just perfect You can see the amazing space with massive roof terrace plus a beautiful balcony from the lounge and views from the photos on the site but it doesnt do it justice - it is the most amazing location and views Accommodating and friendly hosts Spacious and characterful apartment Clean and modern bathroom with good water pressure in the shower and heated towel rail/radiator Well equipped for hand soap, cleaning liquids and laundry detergents etc and first aid items, hairdryer etc Plenty of hot water for two people Very comfortable bed and bedding Quiet and calm- no problem with road noise Thoughtfully and tastefully refurbished- small things that make the stay more comfortable like plenty of plug sockets and thoughtful placement of light switches. Beautiful walk to Llucalcani bay through the pine forest- we didnt swim as a bit cold while we were there We love cycling and it is right on on the beautiful coast road between Deia and Soller
