The apartment is very clean and modern. We felt right at home. Jade and Ingo are great, likeable hosts. For us and our dogs, the garden and the proximity to the forest/proximity to the hiking trails were optimal. Shopping and restaurants are also within walking distance. All in all we had a very nice, relaxed stay and will certainly be very happy to come back.

This place was great… Caroline was easy to work with and it was an easy location to have as a home base. Would stay here again for sure.

We had a great stay. The apartment is very large and stylish. You don't need anything, the amenities are great! The ski bus runs right outside the door, the apartment is clean and large and you don't need anything. The communication with Melanie was super pleasant and always friendly. From the moment we arrived, everything about this Airbnb exceeded our expectations. The description was spot-on—every detail matched perfectly, and there were no surprises (except the good kind!). The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, always available to answer questions and offer helpful tips about the area. The house itself was pristine—immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and clearly well cared for. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. Whether it was morning coffee or an evening barbecue on the balcony, we couldn’t get enough of the scenery. What really stood out were the amenities—there were so many thoughtful touches and extras that we didn’t expect, from high-quality toiletries to a fully stocked kitchen and even soft cushions on the balcony seats that made lounging outside extra comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, luxurious getaway.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The property is very cozy and homely. We had the peace and quiet we were hoping for amidst this great landscape. Selma was available whenever we needed her, but still discreet. The apartment is located in the same building and yet it feels very private. We can highly recommend this place and we would vacation here again any time.

We absolutely loved our stay with Alex and Brooke. The Airbnb is tucked away in a relatively remote spot, which gave us peaceful mountain views and quiet atmosphere that we were looking for in a weekend getaway. At the same time, it was super convenient to get groceries and breakfast supplies, thanks to Alex providing us with a list of items we could pre-order through him — everything from fresh bakery goods to general groceries. One of the highlights of our stay was definitely the garden sauna. It had a stunning view, and everything was thoughtfully arranged — we were even provided with a little basket containing robes and towels, which made the whole experience feel extra cozy and relaxing. They also put together a great list of recommended hiking routes, which we really appreciated, even though it was a bit too chilly for us to head out on the trails this time. But we can definitely recommend a visit to the nearby Aqua Dome!

I spent a wonderful week in Patrick's apartment with my dog. We felt totally comfortable in the very clean and spacious apartment. If you want to enjoy the quiet nature, Vorderhornbach is the place to be out of season. You can take wonderful walks/hikes directly from the apartment. Communication with the host was great. We will definitely be back and can absolutely recommend the apartment!

This apartment is perfect for remote work and long-term stays. I worked here remotely for nearly two months (October-November) and loved it. The internet is fast and reliable, and there’s a comfortable desk for working. The apartment is bright, warm, and cozy, with everything thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The balcony offers a beautiful view, and the location is ideal. A large InterSpar supermarket is just a 7-minute walk away, and a scenic trail along waterfalls is only 5 minutes from the door. There are also cafes and small restaurants nearby. The host is fantastic—kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any questions, not just about the apartment. A bus stop is within walking distance, and the town itself is charming, with everything you need for a comfortable life. I highly recommend this apartment for remote work, relaxation, or long-term stays. It truly feels like home.

I was in Rietz (near Innsbruck) from 06.06. to 08.06.2025 and had a wonderful stay. David was an exceptionally friendly and accommodating host, communication was warm and straightforward from the beginning. The place was very clean, lovingly decorated and exactly as described, you immediately felt comfortable. I particularly appreciated the quiet location and the pleasant atmosphere in the house. Love this place! Came back for the second time to ski and it was just as wonderful. Check in is easy, you are walking distance to the furnicular into town, and the apartment is everything you need. Hope to come again in the future.

Eric's place was very tidy, had all the advertised amenities. One does need a car though, especially if going for skiing. The surroundings are very peaceful, I strongly recommend Eric's place.

A beautiful, clean apartment with a mountain view. We only had some difficulties with communication when we on our end were not really certain about our arrival time until the evening before we were supposed to arrive. It's a bit difficult to predict arrival time when you are going by car and have two small children. :) In the end Annemarie seemed very friendly and understanding. Thank you Annemarie!

Bart is a great host who leaves absolutely nothing to be desired with his apartment. The amenities are very complete and very high quality and loving. It certainly offers a perfect starting point for activities of all kinds in all seasons and then a beautiful " home ". If you have any questions, you don't have to wait long for a response from the host. We recommend this accommodation 100 percent and are looking forward to our next visit. Very polite hosts, apartment in top condition and important things, such as ski rental, bus stop, etc. within walking distance. This place is definitely recommended.

We had an amazing stay, the apartment was exactly as described, everything worked and was in good condition, well-equipped kitchen, great communication, a partner hotel that we could leave luggage at on the last day or eat breakfast in if we wanted (for a charge). What you don’t get from the description online is just how good the views are and how well located it is - yes, we had to get the U-bahn but because we could leave skis, boots and helmets at Check-In (by the cable cars) the whole process was super easy! Overall so impressed and we would definitely return if we were looking to come back to Serfaus.
