Easy to follow instructions, great open space. Didn’t mind our dogs, which is always a plus. Love the dance studio turned airbnb- made me want to dance around the whole place!

House was great. Loved the backyard.

Place was clean and comfortable. Spent alot of time on upper deck during evening and night …star gazing! When issue came up with A/C Allen was quick to respond and get the problem fixed ! Enjoyed the garage full of games and the pool and hot tub!

There was plenty of room for three women and the kitchen is well stocked with all the equipment and supplies you may need. We didn't cook any meals in the home, but it appeared to have all of the basics and more! We didn't even turn on the big TV during our stay, as we were too busy catching up. We all felt very safe in the area. Thanks Andrea!

This place is a great find for yuma. This is our second stay here. House is huge, yard is great for dogs and the pool you cant beat. We really enjoy staying here. We spent all our time outdoors for the holiday weekend and thats exactly why we picked this place. The yard, pool, kitchen area are all great. Our stay was slow and perfect and the house made us feel at home.

Second time booking! Will rebook again. Jesus is easy to get ahold of and the place is as expected.

We loved our time at this Airbnb. The pool was wonderful for the hot summer days and the AC kept the inside perfectly cool. The beds were comfortable as well, which is always top of our list! The outdoor grill and kitchen area was amazing, we used it everyday.

As a first time booker, Uwe and Frauke were very helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to see! They were very welcoming and Vargus is a private, well kept place to stay :) Had a lot of fun exploring Bombay and learning about its history

The nicest Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far! Karlos’ place is a hidden gem. Comfortable, nicely decorated, extremely clean with everything you need. We had our own parking spot off the street right in front of the entrance and loved the gated entrance. It added another level of privacy. When we walked into the home it was refreshing after being in the Arizona heat, the air conditioning works great. We were pleasantly surprised at the decor and size of the home, it was much larger than we expected! The home was so clean and nicely put together, we felt like we were the first people to stay there! Karlos literally has the home stocked with anything you could possibly need! Extra blankets, cleaning supplies, laundry soap, paper towels and toilet paper, pool towels, Tupperware, a stocked coffee bar, cooking utensils, oils and a couple seasonings for cooking, and the pool was fantastic! The place was truly outstanding and our family can’t wait to go back! Thank you for a wonderful stay Karlos

I’ve traveled for the last five years and I can honestly stay this stay was easily in my top three. The entire family was beyond kind and extremely responsive. The place literally has everything you can need. My only complaint is I wasn’t able to stay longer. Thank you so so much again for opening your home to me.

The Yuma Sunset condo is a very nice clean unit. It is freshly painted and tastefully decorated. All of the furnishings, appliances, and utensils are modern and appear to be new. The beds are very comfortable, and the linens and pillows are also new. The layout is great with both large bedrooms upstairs each having a full bathroom attached. Additionally, there is another bathroom downstairs. The AC is cold and there are large ceiling fans throughout. An assigned covered parking space out back is a welcome bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Our host Jesse was easy to contact and was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this rental.

Cozy location for that perfect home away from home experience. Offers every amenity you could need to feel like you never left home. Great hosts that are super responsive. We were in Yuma for the college World Series and this was our 1st time staying in an Airbnb… we absolutely loved it! My favorite part was the quiet back porch. I enjoyed my morning coffee there and my husband used the grill each evening to make supper. Everything we needed to cook, grill, or clean was readily available. My husband and I both needed to work while we were away from home. The condo was perfect for him to work a few hours at the desk and I at the kitchen bar while our teen daughter did her thing in the 2nd bedroom. Internet worked great for everything. Overall wonderful experience! Would definitely stay again if we ever need to visit Yuma again.

Everything was as expected and the place is very nicely laid out and updated. Super easy parking right outside the gate, easy to get in and smells good as soon as you open the door. There’s water in the fridge for you and snacks! The towels are fluffy and smell great. The sheets are lovely. Would definitely rent again.

My family enjoyed our stay here in Yuma. Comfortable beds and good location. Good value for the money! We even made lemonade with the lemons off of a lemon tree!

I stay here annually for a softball tournament in Yuma. Greatly recommended, perfect location as everything is 10-15mins away.
