Nice place, responsive host, very quiet and far from the touristic crowds. Everything perfect!

Good pace, but get GPS coordinate, not address, and A/C wasn’t working. Replacement remote didn’t do anything. We stayed t One night, but texts went unanswered, calling is better.

The place is very beautiful, clean and peaceful. Manana was very helpful with everything involved and always responded quickly to any inqueries (in fluent german). We will definitely book this place again! Highly recommended!

We only stayed for one night but we really loved the place, private house with shared kitchen, ac and hot water, good living area and cool outside seating, Koba is communicative and helpful, recommended property

كان المسكن كما في الوصف وقد فاق توقعاتي حيث ان المساحه واسعه و حجم الغرف كبير جدا وديكور المنزل جميل جدا على الطابع القديم لكن صاحب المنزل مهتم به جدا لن تعتقد انه قديم بل حديث على الطراز القديم المضيف ودود جدا و مرح و معطاء حين وصولنا قد قدم لنا الكثير من الفواكه وكان استقبال جميل جدا وكانه يستقبل احد افراد اسرته احببتا المكان مع ان مده اقامتنا كانت 3 ليال لكن حفرت في الذاركه وايام لن تنسى مع ماموكا شكرا لك ماموكا لجعل ايامنا اسعد وسعت كثيرا بالتعرف عليك سنعود بالتاكيد و هذا المسكن سيكون اول اختياراتنا

последние 5 лет мечтала о своём доме в лесу- чтобы было тихо и спокойно и мой пёс мог бы свободно гулять рядом. Успела купить участок в лесу, но построить дом не удалось- случился 2022 год 7 месяцев назад взяла собаку и переехала в Грузию- потому что это лучшее место на планете и я его очень люблю отмечала здесь свой день рождения, хочу поблагодарить хозяев: 1/ за чистоту и лаконичность дома- ничего лишнего, но есть всё необходимое, дом компактный, но просторный 2/ за то что пускают с питомцем- далеко не везде можно остановиться с большой собакой 3/ за очень стильный и современный дом- очень красивый и тёплый 4/ за потрясающую локацию- виды сумасшедшие! снежные холмы вокруг, полная тишина, хвойный лес 5/ за внимание и тело хозяев- каждый день были на связи удалось даже слепить снеговика с местными детишками- это был лучший день! спасибо хозяевам, что на несколько дней получилось почувствовать, что мечта сбылась и у нас есть свой домик в красивом уединённом месте❤️

A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant

Everything was perfect! Donna was incredibly welcoming and even invited us to a lovely breakfast at her home. The location was amazing, and the trip overall was very interesting. The city is full of fascinating Soviet architecture.

I stayed in the apartment for only 1 night, but everything was excellent. Clean towels, apartment and bathroom. It's just great, nothing to add.

Giorgi is an outstanding host - kind, supportive, and hospitable. The house matched the description perfectly: everything was clean, and each room had its own bathroom, also there was kitchen to cook in case of need. His mom treated us to delicious homemade cakes on the new year night, which were a lovely touch. They also have two adorable and friendly dogs. Giorgi provided excellent recommendations for places to visit and shop. We highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the summer! Thanks for everything!

Все понравилось , рядом вход в Мартвильский каньен . Хозяин вечером помог сьездить за продуктами ( рядом все уже закрылось к вечеру ). Приятный звук водопада. маленький минус , который к дому не относиться , дорога рядом с домом немножко дикая , надеюсь правительство сделает дорогу новую к Каньену Мартвилли от дома

Lovely place 10 min drive from Borjomi. The cabin is at the back of a small development, with an undisturbed view over the beautiful canyon (it’s on top of Borjomi Central Park). Most of the food options are down in the valley, it’s easy to get there. The place is 20 min drive from Borjomi Natural Park with a lot of pretty cool hiking options. The furnishings and the kitchenware are a bit basic, but do the trick, most likely you’ll not be cooking there, this being Georgia and all :)

The owner was responsive and helpful. The wooden house was well decorated and had a many amenities that suit your daily needs. The village only has a single shop, for restaurants and other things you have to go to the Borjomi center which is not too far.

Assolutamente perfetto!! La casa é stupenda immersa nella natura, l host é stata super reattiva nel rispondere a qualsiasi domanda. Ottima anche la pulizia della casa. In aggiunta l’host ci ha anche lasciato come pensiero una bottiglia di vino e del cioccolato . Assolutamente consigliato!!! 💯

It’s the comfortable and cozy apartment. It suits for a private rest with family. It was clear, there is heating. I enjoyed it)

This experience was wonderful from booking to staying here. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and Georgi was very accommodating. The cabin was even better than the pictures. Everything was so cute but also comfy! I would absolutely recommend staying here to explore Kutaisi and the surrounding areas.

Das Haus von Tamari ist unsere bisher schönste und außergewöhnlichste Unterkunft, die wir über Airbnb gebucht haben. Es liegt in Alleinlage am Hang über einem Dorf und ist über ein Schotterpiste zu erreichen, die am besten mit einem Allrad-Auto zu erreichen ist. Bei sehr langsamer und vorsichtiger Fahrweise geht sicher auch ein normaler PKW. Der Ausblick von Grundstück und Haus über Dorf, Tal bis hin zum Stausee und zum Kaukasus in die andere Richtung ist spektakulär. Das Haus besteht aus einem alten Teil mit den drei Schlafzimmern und einer Küche und dem neuen Teil mit superschickem Bad und Wohnzimmer, deren Fenster sich weit öffnen lassen. Weil es so schön war haben wir extraviel Zeit im Haus und auf der Veranda verbracht. Die Ruhe, der Ausblick und das Läuten der Kuhglocken waren einfach überwältigend. Tamari war immer superschnell zu erreichen und hat uns sogar spontan mit Essen und Wein besucht. Es war einfach wunderschön da.

Beka was really kind. He bring us with his 4x4 to the accomodation because of show, Even at midnight. He came back the Next morning to pick up us again. All was nice, Thank you very much !!
