There is a mountain on one side, the city center on the other side and a sea view on the other side. On the ground floor there is a living room, a WC, a kitchen, a spacious living room and a patio, 3 bedrooms, all with balconies and views, a spacious bathroom and a dressing room. Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located place. Our villa has 3.5 floors and 2.5 floors are for use. The basement is independent and we live there ourselves.

Our house, which we call Rıfat Bey, is located in Beyada in the Upper Kaleköy area of Gökçeada, 4 km from the city center and within walking distance to Yıldız Bay and alternative cafes, restaurants and bars in the Kaleköy harbor. You can have a pleasant time in Beyada's peaceful garden or on one of Rıfat Bey's small balconies with its quiet and calm nature. You can have a nice holiday in Beyada, which is a pleasant place for those who want to hike or swim in the morning.

The kitchen features modern cabinetry with wooden accents and black tile backsplash. A gas stove and oven are positioned next to a stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher. Counter space is ample, with utensils neatly arranged, and natural light enters through a nearby window.

Calm and in touch with nature in the center

Elegantly decorated in Scandinavian style, this house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the city center. It is 10 minutes by car to the sea and 5 minutes to the city center. The house has a large balcony overlooking the garden full of greenery. This house, which was completely restored 2 years ago, is waiting to welcome its guests who want to explore Gökçeada and have a pleasant time here in a comfortable and cozy environment.

If you stay in our stone house, which is in a central location and 200 meters from Meydani Patisserie, you will be close to everywhere as a family. The stone house, which was built in 2023, has a view, full white appliances, wooden flooring and joinery, independent internet, natural parking, hot water, air conditioning and finally, we have free sunbeds and umbrellas at Aydıncık Surfiin Beach for stays of 3 days or more.

Well renovated 130 years old stone house with garden in Eski Bademli (Gliki), one of the old Greek villages in Gökçeada. It comes with a garden and a detached kitchen with all amenities. It has 3 rooms, each has its own luxury bathroom. All room windows are equipped with blinders so that you can sleep well in the mornings. No air conditioning, since we prefer a more natural life.

A private terrace area features comfortable outdoor seating with plush cushions, positioned around a central table. A stunning sunset casts warm hues across the sky, providing a picturesque backdrop. The space is adorned with intricate patterned tiles, enhancing the overall ambiance.
