This is a newly custom designed living container, it has all the indoor amenities and comfort with amazing feeling of a camping experience. It is located between coconut and bananas trees (of course you can taste both if you wish to). You will experience the island vibe, being woken by a bright sun in the morning, enjoy a breeze from the ocean in the afternoon and during the whole night and by listening the adorable sound of our native "coqui" while you watch the spectacular view to the moon and stars. No need to drive to the beach, you will walk through a jungle like secret path that will take you to a quiet beach with an amazing shoreline and one of the best area for surfing (hollow's point). The space offers one bed, one sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, small refrigerator with freezer, air conditioner, outdoor furniture, private tropical yard, hammock, outdoor sitting area and parking space. You are free to roam around the property. Always available for any questions. Phone calls or texts are welcome. Just steps away from a beach ideal for surfing, fishing, and hiking. Located just minutes away from "La Cueva del Indio"—Indian Cave—and Arecibo Lighthouse, and a short drive from Cueva Ventana, Las Cavernas del Río Camuy, and the Tanama River. In case of a power outage, our solar energy system will come into work. During these circumstances, the use of the air conditioner and microwave is restricted.

We had a great stay here! The place has a modern look and feel, which we really liked, and it was super spacious and comfortable. The best part was definitely the location—literally right across the street from the beach, which made everything so easy and relaxing. We also appreciated having a parking spot right in front of the unit, which was super convenient. The jacuzzi was a great bonus, and the host was very responsive whenever we had questions. The island lost power for a while but we never did which was great! Having beach chairs would have been nice since it’s across the street from the beach but we would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Casa Elvira is a magical, unforgettable gem. We celebrated a special birthday with 8 guests and also rented Casa Viva across the street—both were perfect. The oceanfront view is absolutely breathtaking, and while the beach just out back is rocky, there are beautiful swimming beaches less than five minutes away. The house is artistic, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable with A/C and fans (we even got chilly in the early mornings!). The kitchen is well-equipped—we cooked all weekend and shared meals around the amazing dining table. Just note the open layout: the twin bedrooms have no walls, and one king room is separated from the kitchen by a bookcase open on top, so sound travels. Still, the space was perfect for our group and felt incredibly special. Everyone was impressed. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Llegamos al este apartamento luego de haber dejado otro alojamiento de AirBnB en el que no nos fue bien. Llegar al apartamento de Yanira fue un alivio. Desde que pasas el portón, sientes lo acogedora que es la propiedad. Es una propiedad familiar bien cuidada y llena de detalles simples. Hay perros, gallinas, y siembras de diferente la frutas y vegetales. Los dueños de la propiedad nos regalaron cocos todos los días, además de plátanos y gandulees frescos. El apartamento estaba impecable. En la descripción del apartmento, Yanira claramente especifica que el apartmento no tiene A/C. Ella provee suficientes abanicos para refrescar el espacio y hay suficientes ventanas para una ventilación apropiada. Nosotros dormimos excelentemente bien. Solo tenemos cosas buenas que decir de este alojamiento. Muchísimas gracias por la hospitalidad!

Sencillamente espectacular. Limpio, decorado con buen gusto. Súper privado y acogedor. Lo tiene todo. Celebramos nuestro aniversario y nos obsequiaron con champán y un disco de Julio Iglesias que encontramos fue un plus. La casa rodeada de árboles frutales. Y nos recomendaron dos restaurantes que fueron muy buenos. Los recomiendo.
