Cozy 50m2 loft with 2 bedrooms and living room with fireplace and modern kitchen is located on the third floor of a wooden building house (built in 1879) which is located on the Old Town's Special Conservation Zone, right in the centre of Viljandi and close to everything - cafés, lake and castle ruins. The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

Kick back and relax in this calm, recently finished (August 2022) cozy Saunahouse with an outdoor patio and eating area near Lake Viljandi. Saunahouse is located in a private yard and is perfect for 2 people, though an extra is possible. As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.

Enri is a great host, the house itself is very cosy, interior is well designed and has lots of interesting elements. The only thing for me was that the bigger bedroom was a bit noisy (it faces the street), but if it doesn’t bother you, then this is a great choice for a stay in Viljandi.

We really liked the accommodation. We came with a baby and there was a large bed, it was comfortable to sleep. We were also able to have a good time in the evening, with a sauna! This was a great bonus to the stay. Everything was clean. We are very happy!

Freistehendes Ferienhaus mit grossen Räumen und vielen Sitzgelegenheiten. Gemütlicher Cheminéeofen, der die Wärme sehr gut speichert. Tolles Kocherlebnis auf dem modernen Holzherd mit Glaskeramikplatte. Wir wurden von Mit-Gastgeber Aivo persönlich begrüsst, er hat für uns den Cheminéeofen und auch den Holzherd vorgängig eingefeuert, so dass wir uns in dem gemütlichen alten Holzhaus gleich zu Hause fühlten.
