It was a nice stay by Lina.The place is near the beach. The kitchen have everything what we needed .TV set was the best for my grandson. I'm very satisied.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house, just a minute away from the beach and surrounded by exotic restaurants. The beach was peaceful, the water was clear, and it had shallow areas, perfect for relaxing. Parking was not an issue, there is a plenty of spaces. The house itself was incredibly clean and spacious, with multiple terraces and bathrooms, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were very kind and provided detailed information about the house and nearby attractions. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

I had a wonderful stay, very close to the beach and everything you need is around

We had a wonderful holiday at Catalina’s place. The weather was unpredictable and turned cold. The apartment was cozy so we did not mind staying in. There are plenty of restaurants along the road but not all are open as it is not yet summer season. The beach in front of the property had debris and trash but was being cleaned up on the day we left. Nevertheless, we managed to catch some peaceful time in the lounge chairs provided by the host. I imagine this beachfront would be marvelous during the high summer. The place is perfect!

Amazing view the apartment had everything needed it was very clean in a very spot very close to the beach and transport via water to other cities.

We stayed in the apartment for 7 days with 2 children and 2 adults and were all 4 very excited and happy. The apartment was very clean and is really big. The location of the apartment is almost perfect. Opposite is a supermarket and a cafe. It's about a 2-3-minute walk to the beach. Communication with the landlord was great, we always had a point of contact. Can recommend the apartment to anyone. TOP in all points.

Great location, very nice area, and wonderful with two large terraces. It was amazing to wake up and see the sea and the harbor right outside our window. We were lucky enough to even spot a pod of dolphins!

We had an absolutely wonderful time! Beautiful home and gardens, close to the beach and downtown.

We were pleased to reside in Efstathio s place. The house was just amazing with nice furniture. There was a huge garden and a breath taking view of Makriyialos beach where you could hear the waves crashing during the night. It is situated just 50 metres from the beach which was very easy for us to go swim several times a day and come back home. The owner was highly responsive, very helpful and she promptly responsed on anything we wanted to ask for. I would highly recommend it.

Wish I could have stayed longer. Has everything you need and the location right on the beach with green all around was perfect for my disabled dog and me. We were attending an event and were able to invite other members to sit at the bench in the evening to drink wine and chat in a lovely environment, it felt like home, and the direct neighbors were lovely.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful area. Close to the sea restaurants, pier etc. Pavlos was an amazing host that will go out of his way if you need something. We will be back next year...

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

The place is so amazing with a beautiful view to the sea and the house was lovely and cozy and can’t describe how lovely and amazing the host are, she was one of the best host i stayed with, I really recommend staying with her you will not regret it 🙏🏻❤️

The accomodation was as we expected, there was a suprise gift for the kids from the owner and they were thrilled. Nice spacios rooftop with privacy and the view worth milions, nicely organized apartment with everything in need, the owner was so much helpfull for explainig how things work inside and we were ready to use it, deffinitly place on our vacation map, the beach upfront was long, clean and breathtaking. Next time we will bring meat to test the grill outsed the apartment 😁. Nicely spent time and worth the money!

We were here for the second time because we liked it very much last year. The location is optimal for us, the apartment is spacious, we especially love the view of the sea from the large balcony. We will be happy to come back.

wonderful location, metres away from the beach. easy to go for a swim anytime of the day. the beach is with stones, but very clean, we saw plenty of sea urchins and fishes. the flat was clean and it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Lina was very thoughtful and left things like salt, pepper, oil for us to use which is great when on holiday and you want to make a quick salad 🤗 we enjoyed our stay very much, thank you Lina for hosting us.

George's apartment was exactly as described. The location directly on the beach is perfect, the view from the terrace fantastic. George was responsive at all times and responded promptly. The flexible check-in with the lockbox worked well, which was very important because we arrived in the middle of the night. Our two children had their own bedroom with a bunk bed. The dining table is installed in the kitchen and needs to be pulled out. It worked well. The decor may not be the newest one, but it's all in good shape. We can recommend the apartment and also George as a landlord to everyone. Glad to come back!

From Theodoros picking us up at the airport to the end of our two week stay, we had a wonderful experience! The place was very clean, fully stocked, and literally steps from the water. At the end of our first week, Theodoros dropped off clean linens, towels, and fabulous Greek pastries! This was in addition to the bottle of wine and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator upon our arrival. The hosts thought of everything that anyone would need when vacationing. The sliders from the living room and bedroom open onto a balcony with spectacular views of the Aegean. You don’t need a car because there are fantastic restaurants and shops just steps away. I hope we’re able to return, and if we do, we will be booking with Theodoros!

This place in Peraia was great, everything was as shown in the pictures and as described. Check in was very convenient even though we arrived late - but still caught the great sunset. 🌅 The location is great, just in front of the promenade but still quite, so you can get out and run, swim or walk to the more crowded areas with nice restaurants. In the apartment we had everything we needed and more. All details have been thought of. It is not luxurious but very neat and clean. We stayed long but still couldn’t enjoy the area as much because of my daughter's competition. I'm sure it would be very pleasant for those who will visit just to relax. It also depends on the season, we had both very hot and sunny days as well as cool, rainy and stormy days - and it can get quite windy in front of the sea.

Absolutely love this place - our second visit this year and already planning on coming back next year. Great to have beach towels and beach beds provided and so close to the beach - love it here. Also kitchen equipped to cook in when you want and a lovely balcony to dine on or relax With a coffee or a glass of wine.
